The pool and gym equipment are gorgeous, but were not operable when I was there. The staff was rude when I asked about it, and pretended not to know and did not offer solutions.
Pool closed during my stay, front desk claimed that "no other guest was aware" and did not offer a remedy or timetable, and did not alert me when I checked in.

Our room was perfect but unfortunately the staff was inappropriate. The man who checked us in was too handsy with my husband. He kept rubbing his shoulders. He did it when he checked us in and then later when we were at the bar. He came up and did it again as we’re having drinks. So inappropriate!
