Updated property, facility was well kept and the staff are helpful and friendly. Very centrally located and the mall is connected from the inside, so in case of inclement weather, getting sundries and having many good dining options is a plus.

Payment card machines were not working and took almost 30mins to check in. Then we were provided with the wrong room per our booking and had to move. It was a late evening check in and we were tired. The last thing we wanted was an hour to check in and get to our room. Staff were polite enough but never apologised or thanked us for our patience for their error or delays.

Housekeeping did not come on day 2, and the room phone did not work. So at 10 pm I had to go downstairs to request towels, to and water I was told they would deliver and pick up the used items. So I went to the bar to give them time for that. It never happened, ultimately I made 4 separate requests before I received towels and water. Still needed tp. Breakfast was delivered in a bag and coat $43 for 2 egg omelet, toast and bacon. That was it!! No salt. No pepper. Not hot, not yasty, not worth the cost!!! Otherwise, great location!
