The staff was friendly and helpful. Gave extra pillow and blankets when asked for them. Shampoo was empty in the shower.

The first room had a roach. The heat didn’t work in the second room I was moved to. The third room didn’t have coffee and the shower never got fully hot. When I returned to the hotel at 11 PM on one of the nights there were men loitering in the parking lot. There’s no housekeeping if you stay for less than a week.

Very nice outside and inside. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Plenty of lights, outlets and USB ports. A desk for working, good wifi. Extra chair. Good AC. Nice shower. Coffee maker was dirty but that was only one person overlooked.

The room we were given wasn’t cleaned yet. We checked in after 4 (the check in time). I opened the door and first thing i noticed was a slept in bed. Then dirty dishes in the sink and dirty towels in the bathroom. I get it, things happen, but when i went downstairs, calmly and nicely, all i got was, sorry about that. Not an upgrade or a discount. All i have to say is the fact that i work in the industry and was calm and nice about the dirty, uncleaned room i was given, i should have been given a discount. I could have thrown a fit and caused a seen. They got lucky.

It was ok .but if you have a person in the room next to you going to sleep at 5pm or 9pm they will govern the time .you can play your TV or enjoy your room. So I just couldn't understand the knock on my door. Just because you go to sleep At a certain time .does not mean everyone goes to sleep at the same time 🤔
