They offer an upgrade but only for a night and not during the whole stay, which I thought it was extremely dissapointing. Despite being cold, the A/c wasn’t working and it was needed to avoid outside cold, as I was traveling with kids. Location and the staff are the best thing about the hotel.

During my stay, I had no hot water. An engineer came to fix it and said it was repaired, but the water stayed cold. I was offered a small discount for the inconvenience. On top of that, the balcony door was broken, so it wouldn’t lock. Because of that, it would randomly open at night when the temperature dropped to 35 degrees. While the location was great, the multiple issues and the staff’s lack of concern really made the trip less enjoyable.

We’ve used this property many times when in Boston. It’s in a wonderful neighborhood, close to great shopping and dining. The facility itself is well maintained and comfortable. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed the accessibility but our bathroom sink was plugged and our shower leaked. Otherwise, we really liked being able to pay for early check in (50) and valet (62)

Great to stay if you are going to Quincy
We went for a day trip and concert. I wasn’t told parking was not included and thought valet was a bit pricey and our heat was stuck on like 85-90 which was really uncomfortable

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom layout was ideal. The location was very noisy at night especially as our room was at the front of the hotel. For a single night we would choose a better priced hotel as this was very pricey. At least the resort fee was waived. They take a credit card at check in for incidentals however they rang it through and then credited back when we checked out. With the exchange rate just for one day we lost a few dollars due to this.

Good spot to explore the city.
The hotel is modern, well located, friendly staff. The restaurant is expensive ($8.00 bucks a cappuccino!) but just across the street you have the Quincy Market where you can find many food options at a reasonable price. The downtown and all the attractions are at walkable distance or you can take the subway closely to reach any point in the city. There are plenty of traditional pubs in the area, like the Black Rose, with Irish music and good traditional pub fare.

I enjoyed my stay. Hotel was located walking distance to the TD Garden, Train Station, Subways, Quincy Market across the street had tons of food and snack options. Starbucks was walking distance. I would definitely stay again. Complimentary waters in the lobby was great also. See you again soon.

Vacation treat before first "real" job start!
Made the res for my daughter who was traveling alone to see friends in Boston. She had a great corner room and was safe and comfy for her stay, which she deserved! Glad I could get her settled there for the trip and relieved my worries for her to be in a safe spot!
