Check in was late afternoon. Restaurant reservations info was not correct. Staff over promised getting a high table at the adjacent restaurant insuring no reservations needed. This was simply not true and staff did not even apologize.

I stayed here for a business trip. It was quiet and comfortable. The gym is small, but well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, but have enough room to lay out your suitcase.

Great location
Initial the room allocated was very very below standard with a wardrobe in the bathroom and a huge pillar in the middle of the room and very shabby However we were impressed with how staff dealt with the situation, changing the room, offering a complementary breakfast and a refund of room tax. It was surprising to think that they thought the initial room would have been acceptable. The speed at which this was dealt with was impressive and staff were very friendly. Great location in central downtown

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the doormen/valet guys. Coffee shop inside was great. Room was very clean and maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing! The area very central to many activities. Quiet and peaceful. I did not like the bathroom space, as no counter in bathroom for toiletries and the closet bar was so low only shirts could hang. I believe it was a handicap room, which would make sense to accommodate a wheelchair bound individual.
