Terrible. Staffs are rude (specially breakfast. Limited space for breakfast, expect a line if you are late. The bed was shaking because of next rooms vibration thanks to air condition running. This is a shame in the name of Westin.

I didn’t like the front desk staff. I was waiting excessively only to be told to wait longer after finally being registered yet people Who stood behind me were checked in faster than I with a prepaid room. As I reentered after parking my car another female staff member just stared at me akwardly which made my family and I uncomfortable. She never greeted us or even smiled and when I addressed her and said loudly well good evening she just smirked. I wish I got her name as I left. I didn’t even return back for my second night and gave my room to my nephew instead. Very dissatisfied with the treatment I was given and I e NEVER experienced this level of disregard in all of my Marriott experiences being that my sister is an employee there. It was quite disappointing. I will be reaching out to customer service or even corporate based on this experience.

This is a great hotel but needs updating. There was peeling paint, the pool had slime on the sides, and there was a horribly loud machine noise in the wall in the room a few times a night from something. The bed was really comfortable and the staff was very nice. You can’t beat the location for restaurants and traveling in any direction.

Second visit
This is the second time I stayed here and I liked it less than them first time. The beds need to be replaced as both times one of my king beds dipped on one side. Although I really liked one of the servers in the restaurant, the food was congealed and unappealing in the breakfast buffet. Also very boring.

This location seems to cater to bus loads of sports travelers and the ensuing noise in the hallways night and day. Constant room doors opening and closing and loud talking in the hallways. Don't plan on getting good nights sleep. I would not recommend this location. Garage parking is very tight too and an additional $20 a night.

Overall great stay. Stayed 2 nights while visiting my family for a birthday. Only issue was there was a soccer team from college staying at hotel and the noise night 1 was unacceptable. We had to call security but they handled it. They moved us night 2 and no other issues. Solid hotel
