If you are seeking a romantic tropical hide-away or a secluded place to escape with your family or very close adult friends, this 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath single family two storey home nestled on a peninsula in Whitby, North Caicos, awaits you. Here you will enjoy the best of what North Caicos has to offer; uninterrupted picturesque views, white powdery sandy beaches and days punctuated with activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, fishing and visits to places of historical and ecological interest should you wish to explore the island.

This spacious home is newly constructed and beautifully decorated with modern amenities and all the comforts that you would expect in a home away from home. The property is furnished with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops throughout, washer and dryer and central A/C. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an adjoining large master bathroom with a large soaking tub, shower, walk-in closet, and custom cherry double vanity and linen cabinets. From the living room a grand staircase leads guest upstairs to two additional queen bedrooms, a very large shared bathroom and an outdoor patio which is ideally decorated and situated to enhance your rest and relaxation experience.

To keep you in touch with the outside world telephone and internet service is available in the home and the living room has a 46” flat screen Smart TV for your viewing pleasure.

To get here, simply book your flight to Providenciales International Airport (PLS). After arrival, a very scenic 25 minutes water ferry ride, via TCI Ferry service, will bring you to an island where peace and tranquility awaits you. The ferry departs from Heaving Down Rock, Walkin Marina on Providenciales and arrives at Bellfield Landing Dock on North Caicos. Alternatively, if you are arriving or departing on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, you may take a short 15 minutes flights from Providenciales International Airport to the recently named Clifford Gardiner Airport in North Caicos. The name of the airline providing air service is Caicos Express.

Due to its serenity, pristine nature, friendly people and absolutely no crowds, and its proximity to Provo by air and seas, North Caicos is quickly becoming the island of first choice for visitors to the Turks and Caicos Islands. Lovely

The property was spacious. The house has beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, life jackets, inflatable dingy, and cooler. There's also garbage bags, lots of spices, shampoo & conditioner, soap, toilet paper, dish soap, Q-Tips, flossers, cotton balls, first aid kit...lots of extras. If you bring a lot to the beach or have little ones, expect to drive. The location was private but still close to other beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. We loved the quite of Middle Caicos and would definitely return to this lovely home.

Fabulous accommodations!

Emerald Estate is rare VRBO treat...a property that completely lived up to it's descriptions and expectations! Away from anything resembling a crowd, we had miles of beach to ourselves. We enjoyed the local markets and establishments and exploring North and Middle Caicos, but mostly we enjoyed the quiet and solitude that this wonderful property offers. Impeccably furnished with lots of thoughtful extras provided for comfort and entertainment. Clara was easy to work with and made the process, the stay, and the exit effortless. Would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a quiet tropical oasis!

We were looking for a place that was secluded. We walked a few feet down and had our own private beach Clara was very responsive, she always replied back within 30 min The house was clean, views from top balcony were amazing to sit and drink coffee. Simply The Best

This house was just perfect! We knew it was going to be secluded, but had no idea that it would be seclusion in paradise. We took plenty of day trips exploring the island but we all agreed that our favorite days were spent in the "backyard" which was a beautiful, natural rock beach. We set up chairs and read outside, swam and collected shells. My husband had the best time snorkeling right there! A few steps away was a proper sandy beach area. The house was immaculate. Beautiful, clean and so comfortable. While we love to explore new places over spring break, we all unanimously decided that we want to return to Emerald Estate very soon!

This house is located in the most beautiful setting with complete privacy - the only person we ever saw during our week-long stay was the local fisherman who passed in the distance on his boat every morning and evening. Each day taking in the views felt like seeing it all for the first time, and it was breathtaking. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we definitely hope to make a return trip.

Excellent Getaway Property

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Estates. Very secluded ocean front property on a beautiful point near the mouth of Bottle Creek. Enjoyed sitting on the upstairs veranda with an ocean view. Everything was as advertised on VRBO--well equipped and very clean. We used the provided kayaks on the lagoon behind the house and even put them in the back of an economy car and took them elsewhere. The house is 10 minutes down an interesting sandy/rocky road from the nearest paved road and about 20 minutes from groceries and restaurants. Clara, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions and to the few minor issues we found. There is good bonefishing on N. and Middle Caicos, but it does take time and effort to find them - using a kayak is important. The scenery and uncrowded nature of the island is a great contrast to Providencials, but it is important to know that there are fewer "amenities" (restaurants, organized tours, shopping, etc). But if quiet, seclusion, and access to nature are important this is a great place.

Luxury Villa in a spectacular piece of paradise all your own

The villa was spotless upon arrival and perfectly matched the listing description and photos. Comfortable beds, great towels, uncluttered and adequately appointed. Actually it exceeded my expectations with its high ceilings, excellent central AC, amazing viewing deck and end-of -the road unimpeded views of the sea, creek and undisturbed nature. Everything was fresh and in working order. Clara was responsive and helpful at all times. Wifi functioned ok and I could connect throughout the house. If looking to spend a bit of time in a natural paradise with just you and your posse without sacrificing comfort, this is it. We saw one other person within a mile of the Villa. Sunrises over the ocean viewed from the upstairs deck were a perfect start to the day. Rent a vehicle suitable for the 10 minute rough ride in/out and provisions are really just 20 minutes away.

Beautiful island and wonderful home!

Clara’s property is amazing! It’s sited right on a rocky beach but if you follow the road and when it ends, go to the right, there’s amazing sand! The house is clean and very comfortable and well stocked with just about everything you’d need. The road to the house is very long and very rough but it’s worth the drive! We visited beautiful empty beaches every day. Do NOT miss Mudjin Harbor on Middks Caicos! The beach there is amazing and the bar and grill delicious! The peninsula lost power our first 24 hours and Clara was great throughout, she even got us a hotel room for the day so we could shower! Then a cable broke on the garage door and she was there the next day to fix it. She gave us a lot of helpful advice on things to do, go and where to buy things. If you’re stocking up in Provo (which I would strongly recommend) but plenty of fruits and veggies as there was hardly any on the island. A wonderful place and a fabulous trip!

Beautiful house on stunning blue ocean water!

My husband and I loved our stay at Emerald Estate. The house is large and immaculate. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. Clara was quick to help and answer any questions we had. She helped us navigate the taxi service from Provo airport to the ferry to the marina on N Caicos where we rented a car. We explored all of North and Middle Caicos. Our week was amazing. The snorkeling was okay the first two days but then the high winds made the water too rough. Nonetheless, there were many places to explore. (Side note: bottled water is needed for consumption at Emerald Estate.) There were 3 small grocery stores which made buying necessities easy. There is no way any pictures can do justice to the beauty of the water on this island. Thank you, Clara! We loved our 40th anniversary trip to North Caicos!

Great location

If you like a place that is beautiful and far from people, this is a perfect spot. Access to the ocean and the mouth of bottle creek. The only thing better, would be a direct path from the house to the lagoon so you wouldn't have to transport the kayaks by car. Rocky shore but in a half mile of walking there are endless white sand beaches.

Christmas with Family

What a wonderful property, all made better by Clara, the owner. First, the communication is super. Clara is so friendly and helpful and definitely available with great help ahead of our arrival with suggestions and help with a Covid question. The access was simple, straightforward but also secure. The home is lovely, spacious and has EVERYTHING you’d need for a great family vacation. Literally you’re home away from home, yet it’s set on one of the most gorgeous pieces of property in all of North Caicos. Emerald Estate is near the end of a point and is steps to as many beaches as you can imagine. Our family was there for the Christmas holiday and we literally saw other people on the beaches near the house twice! Most days it was just us! The water and the area are just sublime. The house is terrific. Spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook for a large family. Great “chef” cookware (could use one more larger frying pan for bigger groups) and the sharpest knives I’ve ever had in a VRBO home. A super BBQ, with a full LP tank added to our ability to make great meals we were able to enjoy on the nice outdoor table overlooking the ocean. Clara had SO many nice touches for us from the best soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms a very thoughtful Christmas tree complete with some thoughtful “presents” underneath. The area is fun and all the locals are very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend Emerald Estate.

Absolutely Beautiful!!!

This is a spectacular property. The house is beautiful, clean and very private. A 10 min peaceful walk and you are at a sparkling sandy beach lagoon. We went there everyday to swim, relax and enjoy the peaceful solitude. Clara was very helpful through texting. The locals in the area are friendly and very accomodating. One of them even made me a birthday cake! If you are looking for a quiet, romantic, private, secluded getaway, this is definitely the place to go. Thank you so much, Clara. I only hope we can visit again someday.

Ideal Location

Emerald Estate is an excellent property in a beautiful location. As the last house near the end of the road, it was very private yet nearby all the things one could need in North Caicos. A very short walk to the point/inlet provided wonderful views and great fishing opportunities. The view from the house was amazing and the easterly breezes kept it cool and the bugs away. All appliances were excellent and furnishings comfortable. Clara was very responsive before during and after our trip in helping to manage logistics and with questions. All in an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable home base while exploring the “old Bahamas” feel of North and Middle Caicos.

This was a perfect get away for our group. No crowds, secluded beaches, great place to recharge and relax. The house was beautiful with lots of amenities. I loved driving our jeep onto unknown roads to find spectacular beaches.
