It come with unexpected costs! It was advertised with a bathroom, we had a wet room, there was no bottled water in the mini fridge. And over all un welcomed stay. Not what I expected from the Hilton

Go to premier inn instead
Booked a normal room. Upon arrival was given the keys to a disabled room which was dirty. So there was hassle to change. Undisclosed charges on my account which I had to dispute. Shoddy management, not providing receipts of detailed breakdown of stay to prevent this. All I received in compensation was a drinks voucher which were only for house drinks or draft despite being told by reception its for more than that. You will be better off at a premier inn instead of this place.
