Lovely cottage style 2 bedroom air-conditioned guesthouse with wood fire in Boyanup. Large master bedroom with queen-size bed and walk through shared en-suite bathroom to the second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a full size spa bath and separate toilet. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine.
Dining and lounge areas are separated by the kitchen with easy access to ample covered outdoor areas. Verandahs on three sides including a carport and private rear yard provide ample shade or dry areas for bikes and toys. A gas barbecue and outdoor setting are ready for your outdoor entertaining. A large powered camp-site is also available on request for extra camping.
Boyanup is a great overnight stop on the Mund Biddi Trail and your house is only 1km from the very welcoming Bull and Bush Tavern.
Situated in the middle of the Geographe Wine Region, Boyanup is 15 mins South of Bunbury, just 15 mins to the Ferguson Valley, 12 mins to Donnybrook or 25mins to Busselton.

Overall the property worked out really well for us. Boyanup proved to be a convenient location for visiting Bunbury, Ferguson Valley, Donnybrook, Capel and Busselton. Sabina was helpful without being intrusive and ensured that the air conditioning was on and working as our stay coincided with a heat wave with several days above 30+ degrees temperature. The system worked well and we were grateful and appreciative of her efforts. The cottage comes with a carport which is good for keeping your vehicle out of the sun and a washing machine to catch up on the laundry; my only comment, not a criticism, is that a few new pegs on the clothes line may not go astray! Thanks Sabina.

Well appointed cottage
We had a lovely stay in Boyanup and enjoying the surrounding Ferguson valley. This cottage had everything you could need and more, so comfortable and the slow combustion fire was very cosy. The host has thought about all that one would need in a home and has supplied it all. We will definitely be back and especially since we could take our little fur baby there with an enclosed yard and Good sized patio with bbq.

Lovely comfortable cottage, spotlessly clean, well equipped with enclosed back yard and good distance from owner's property so that dogs don't disturb owner. Nice and close to beautiful Ferguson Valley. Coat hangers would have been useful.

Great time at Boyanup
We loved our stay in Boyanup. The property is clean and neat and had all we needed. The owners are friendly and helpful. My 2 boys loved being so close to a playground, basketball courts, playing fields and skate park. We enjoyed being near Donneybrook, Ferguson Valley and Wellington Mill. Enjoyed the mountain biking. A wonderful long weekend!
