Upscale, remodeled 5200 sq. ft lake house with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. Plenty of space and beds for large extended families. This home has everything you will need to relax and enjoy beautiful Lake Charlevoix, Boyne City, and Boyne Mountain.

Great views of the lake from the large extended deck. Amazing downstairs game room with full sized shuffle board, foosball, video game console, gas fireplace, large flat screen, hi top tables for eating or games and full bathroom as well as a full second kitchen. Brand new boat dock with slip for 28' boats. Dock offers 16' x 24' deck area for lakeside relaxing as well as stairs and ladder for water access. Deck has built in bench, swivel chairs and Adirondack chairs to "chill" lakeside. Also offered are four kayaks and six brand new paddle boards and lifejackets.

The main floor features a huge, wrap around, leather couch that seats seven and three additional comfortable chairs with large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The open kitchen with island opens to the dining room that includes a large dining table and large flat screen TV. There is additional seating at the island and a kitchen table that overlooks the lake providing total seating of up to 18 guests. This main floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a king beds and two have queen beds. All of these bedrooms include a 43" 4K smart tv.

The third floor includes three bedrooms and a large bathroom. Two bedrooms are more like large hotel rooms with two queen beds each. The third room has two day beds with pullouts underneath. This room also doubles as a large play room for kids to get away and has a large flat screen TV.

All beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows and high quality sheets for a great night sleep. The home sleeps up to 18 people.

The large extended deck off of the main level provides great views of the lake and plenty of sunshine. There is a gas grill as well as plenty of outdoor furniture, tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Enjoy stargazing by the backyard fire pit.

The home is 1.6 miles to Boyne city shops and restaurants, 7 miles to Boyne Mountain, 17 miles to Petoskey, and 19 miles to Charlevoix. Traverse City is an hour and 20 minutes. Boyne City Farmer's Market is every Wednesday and Saturday mid May - Mid September and every Saturday year round. They also offer "Stroll the Streets" every Friday June - early September with live music, children's activities, events and more. There are 13 golf courses within 20 minutes and 15+ wineries within 25-30 minutes. Beautiful Lake Charlevoix with it crystal clear water has 56 miles of shoreline and beaches at Peninsula Park in Boyne City and Young State Park just 4 miles away. Lake Charlevoix offers access to Lake Michigan to venture to Bay Harbor, Harbor Springs, Petoskey, Traverse City or virtually anywhere in the world. Bring your watercraft, family and friends and enjoy true Up North Pure Michigan.

Perfect getaway
Spacious, home with great views! So many games in the game room to keep kids entertained without devices. A large dinning and living to get the group together to share a meal together, have night time prayer and just hang out. Jim and his wife were really AWESOME!

Lake Charlevoix Lake House
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we love it! The house is so cozy, perfect for our family Christmas celebration, and stocked with everything we needed. The kids love the upstairs area. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the game room is perfect for hanging out and watching football! Best weekend ever!
We were visiting Boyne City with our two children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren ( all under the age of 5) to celebrate my husbands retirement. This home made this weekend even better than we expected! The location, the amenities, the beds, toys , the spacious living quarters and cleanliness was fantastic! The views from every window are amazing! I would recommend this place for family and friend gatherings . There is something for everyone ! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved the house, especially the kitchen, dining room, and sleeping arrangements. It could use more comfortable chairs in other locations besides the living room. It also looked like the house was right on the water, when in fact there is a road in between the house and the shore. That was a disappointment, and not evident in the pictures. We did love the deck and chairs out over the water, and the deck off the house.

Ten best girlfriends enjoyed their 50th Year Friendversary here and the property could not have been better. So much room and the view of the lake was exquisite! All beds were very comfortable and having two refrigerators was great. We lucked out with beautiful fall weather. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed the week of our daughter’s wedding and the home was a perfect base of operations. The house was set up beautifully, with a great rec room in the walkout, well appointed kitchen, plenty of beds and baths. We enjoyed the provided SUPs and kayaks, and the large dock was a great spot to enjoy a morning coffee and worked perfectly for our boat as well. Property management was also helpful and easy to reach.

This home was spacious for our large family. Games room was an added bonus! The dock had plenty of seating. The walk to the dock was a bit rocky, perhaps one more length added to the walkway would of made it better. We managed just fine, and had the best time! We cant wait to return! We enjoyed saying at this home. We went for a ski trip to Boyne. Close to skiing and town. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we need to cook meals. House was clean with beautiful views of the lake. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Great place for big group.

Great house, perfect for a large group
We stayed at this house with a group of 12 and it was great. Enough space for everyone to spread out, and the kitchens had everything we needed for cooking and eating large meals. The game room and TVs throughout the house were great for keeping everyone entertained. It’s also very close to town, and has a beautiful view of the lake. The property managers were around and very helpful with a few questions we had over the weekend as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
