Beach House 2 Beach Front Panoramic Sunset Views Screened Lanai

The Beach House Resort #2, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a gulf front complex with panoramic beach views. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! There are numerous beach side chaise lounges to sit back and enjoy the sunsets or catch up on your reading. It features a large spa on site and spectacular beach views from virtually every room.
It's a perfect Anna Maria Island vacation rental property!

Unit #2 at Beach House Resort is a ground level unit with a spacious screened lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. From the bedroom there is even a view of the bay! It has a 32" television in the living room and a 21" television in the bedroom. It will sleep four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. This unit features a private screened porch and onsite coin operated laundry room for your convenience.
This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All eight units together will sleep 34. One small pet less than 25 pounds is allowed with $150.00 non-refundable pet fee.

Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months as well as June and July. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 30 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate.

Parking is limited and restricted to one car per unit.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

A great little place RIGHT on the beach! Perfect for our family for a weekend get away! Loved the location, the beach in front of our unit was uncrowded and being able to walk next door for Pina coladas on the beach was fun! The porch was also VERY well stocked with sand and water toys which was a HUGE plus for us and our children.

The condo is dark and very musty smelling. Smaller than appeared. Not arranged/decorated like the photos. No privacy on the screened patio as screens, not walls, are used to separate you from other condos. With that said the location was wonderful

Dirty, ants and bugs in the unit. We had to wash any dishes, silverware we used. There was dried food on almost everything. Couch had holes all over the back, covered with a blanket. No kitchen towels. TV in the bedroom stuck out in the door way because of where they mounted it, had to watch not to run into it. We wouldn't rent this unit again!

Beautiful location
We had an excellent stay! The place was spotless and has everything you need for a great getaway. You can’t beat being steps to the ocean. This is an excellent place for the price. I seriously cannot understand the negative reviews. Yes the tub does fill when showering, but probably from all the sand. The water pressure is amazing.

The unit was leased with water and drainage problems rendering the unit in a nonworking condition We contacted the emergency number and they could not guarantee a repair could be done due to a water main shut off in the building It was a really terrible experience and very poor choice to list a unit that is not in working and sanitary conditions They water collected in the bathtub creating a really dangerous and unsanitary condition specially dealing with COVID

Great location, unit not so great
The location is right on the beach and perfect spot! But, the unit itself, unit 2, is on the ground and we heard every foot step from above!! It was horrible. The unit was clean but there are some issues that need to be addressed within the unit. For example, the bedroom closet was falling down, microwave handle was broken, wall outlet coming out of wall, and a broken door handle on the door to the beach! I have mixed emotions about the management company, Island Vacation Properties. First, there is only one parking space per unit and you must use the parking pass found inside the unit. Well, another unit was in our spot because someone else parked in there spot. Went into the unit to get parking pass and the pass is not there. Called Saturday night upon arrival to let them know and the pass finally showed up on Tuesday. The pass would have never shown up if i did not tell maintenance about the pass when they came to fix the broken door handle to the back door. I would not stay here again, but i can not say our stay was horrible, just not as pleasant as we planned.
