It was great staying here. Although the facility is dated, it is well-kept. Lots of dining and grocery options close by. However, it is at least an hour drive to downtown Toronto where all the attractions are.

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience We are seasoned world travelers, and this was by far the most disappointing and unacceptable hotel experience we’ve ever had. Dirty dishes were left in the hallways for days, ignored by staff as if no one cared to maintain the property. The carpets are not only hideous but also becoming a dangerous trip hazard. It’s clear no one is maintaining this place properly. Housekeeping was shockingly rude, repeatedly ignoring the “Do Not Disturb” sign. They barged into our room several times without knocking, even during a private moment. When they did decide to knock, they wouldn’t stop coming back, despite the sign being up. After I asked them to return in an hour, their response was a snarky, “I’ve been here six times already.” What’s the point of having a “Do Not Disturb” sign if it’s blatantly ignored? The complete disregard for privacy was appalling. The rooms are outdated, with weak toilets and no refills for basic amenities like shampoo and body wash. Clearly, no effort is made to ensure guest comfort.

The room was not clean. There was hair on the counter top in the bathroom. Floors were dirty and not vacuumed. There was no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. Swimming pool hours are very limited and you have to book in advance.
