We were given a basement room. I was expecting a ground floor room, as I always travel with a dog and ground floor rooms are where the pet friendly rooms are. The basement room was not the issue as much as there is NO RAMP going down the stairs. So you are expected to carry your luggage up and down. What would happen if a guest had a disability???? Had I know this, i would never stay in this hotel. Bertha at the front desk was kind enough to offer to help carry stuff down, The TV remote did not work, so we had to ask for another. Overall, the room was not terrible, aside from the lack of light, but i would never stay here again.

We have been staying at this hotel for the past 5 years Front counter staff are outstanding- Pam and Heather were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Comfortable rooms, clean, generous in house breakfast and a convenient location that meets our needs for daily travel!

Well staffed with friendly people. You don't have to wait for any concern to be addressed. The breakfast could have been better, it was all unhealthy carbs, no healthy proteins.

The stay would have been much better if things were more handicapped accessible. Raised toilets, grab bars, roll in shower with attached bench to wall. Wider doorways.
