This is a great hotel, in a safe area, well lit, and walking distance to the Landing for shopping and dining. My only negative is the indoor pool was closed during our entire 4-day stay for cleaning. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Had no heatingveither night, could not get warm. Maintenance tried twice to fix it but it only blew cold air. Coukd not move because they were full. So were other surrounding properties. Their solution, old people just get cold. What an insult. Would not adjust bill. They said Expedia had too, Expedia said it was up to the property Also very noisy with traffic. My only serious issue with this property is the rooms facing Main are NOT soundproofed very well. We had our sleep disturbed by loud traffic late into the night/early morning.

Anniversary Trip to Branson
Great value for being in the historic district for shopping and can walk to the landing down the street. Our beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was very very good.

I was shocked that the bed was comfortable cuz in hotels its usually not. I really appreciated that the heater worked well. I didn't like the chipped paint and dirt marks on walls, the ugly gray paint color, and outdated/stained bath tub with ripped shower curtain. Liked the updated flooring but the faucet needs an update. The "free breakfast" is false advertisement...it was a bag of oatmeal, cup youghurt, cereal and juice. I don't think that even qualifies for continental breakfast. All in all a good experience for a 2 star.

Place is dirty and outdated. The bed mattresses were wore out it almost fall off of them when you lay in them. Cannot get comfortable at all. Always heard the noise from the street. Sound like the Indianapolis Speedway outside our door. Never again!
