Our quirky "CaddyShack" condo is close to everything without being in the middle of all the traffic, you will be 10 min to the strip, 10 min to Moonshine Beach and 15 min to Silver Dollar City. The best part - we are just steps away from the Pointe Royale indoor/outdoor pool & hot tub, tennis/basketball courts, golf clubhouse and fitness center. Lake Taneycomo is accessible within the resort & much more!

A stay at our renovated condo provides complimentary access to all Pointe Royale Resort amenities, including: outdoor pool, year round heated indoor pool, hot tub, tennis/basketball courts, discounted golf rates, restaurant and banquet hall, playground, Lake Taneycomo shoreline access for world class trout fishing, walking paths on the beautifully maintained grounds, and more! This is a well-kept, safe community with a 24/7 gatehouse.

We know how important it is to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable place to unwind during a fun-filled vacation. It's our mission to ensure high standards for cleanliness at each and every turnover and provide our guests with everything they need to feel at home, with a focus on those items that make a difference, like comfortable mattresses, quality towels and linens, and a well stocked kitchen. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to provide extras that you won’t find at many other vacation rental properties in the area. Being a guest doesn't happen everyday, so when it does it should be a one of a kind experience!

OVERVIEW:
Our place is just over 1000 square feet, located on the top floor, up one flight of stairs. We have two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We can accommodate up to 6 guests, but recommend the sleeper sofa for children only. Highlights of each space and additional details are listed below.

We really enjoyed our short stay in Branson! The property was easy to get to and conveniently located close enough for the kids to walk to the pool. Everything we wanted to do was short drive away! Relaxing fall weekend

Enjoyed our stay. We used all amenities. Kids enjoyed pool. Hot tub jets not working. We enjoyed pickleball and found the trail on property and really enjoyed it. Ate breakfast at resort and it was really good and price reasonable. Property felt safe to walk around and really enjoyed our balcony. The condo was very clean and nice decor.

Awesome Condo!

The place was awesome! The only issue I had was when we entered the condo, the outside was extremely dirty and spiderwebs with the spiders. I got the broom and cleaned the entry way. I feel like the entry way needs to be power washed. Would I stay at your facility again? YES!!!! It was amazing and our friends loved it as well. I will be booking there again. Great, comfortable, quiet place

This condo was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, kids (and I) enjoyed playing the original Nintendo games. Condo is very close to pickleball and basketball courts and indoor and outdoor pools which we also enjoyed. Kitchen was great and well stocked - we easily made many meals. I really appreciated the flexibility as my son got Covid when we originally booked. Owners were very understanding and flexible, and we postponed until the summer.

Get away with grands

Condo was even better than the pictures! Very clean, kitchen so well stocked with any pan, utensil, dish ware you will need. The great location to the pools and tennis/basketball courts was a very quick walk across the parking lot. Overall resort was very well maintained. A surprise was the access to the lake beside the playground. We will definitely try staying here next time we are in the area.

Perfect size for small family and snugly located.

Property was the perfect size for my wife and I, daughter and two young grandsons. It’s tucked snugly in a gated community. Amenities were nice and appropriate. Easy to get to other attractions in Branson. The check-in process was extremely smooth and the property manager (Sean) was extremely responsive to any issues or questions we had. Enjoyed our trip to Branson.

Very Nice Place

This is a beautiful condo with lots of room. We loved that it was very quiet off the path of traffic to Branson yet close enough to get to the strip in a few minutes. The owners at Vrbo are very hospitable and stayed in contact with me the whole time. Condo was a short walk up one flight of stairs and enter with keypad, that easy. Loved the views. The guard shack men are sweet. We especially loved that this place is gated. Everything was provided for you. I loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer set to use any time I needed.

Family Friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! They had books and toys for the kiddos as well as a high chair, kids plates / utensils and a pack n play. We loved that it was right next to the pool and pickleball courts. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Great place for your family

The condo was very clean and had all we needed for our stay including pickleball equipment, tennis rackets and balls, and a basketball. The location was great and the on-site restaurant was very good. Sean was quick to help with any questions.

Perfect Branson getaway

Loved the condo! I stayed with my 1 and 3 year old. It was a perfect location to all the attractions. They even had a pack and play, high chair, and kid toys/games which my kids loved. The house was very clean and decorated super cute. They had cute Christmas decor to make our holiday trip even better. Would definitely recommend.

First time Branson trip

This was my first time in Branson and the host of this condo made it very special. The condo was easy to check into, was in a safe environment, was well decorated, clean, and had a book full of recommendations for the area. We found activities to do based on the recommendations book that our children loved. The condo was a relaxing spot to come back to at the end of the day. I would definitely stay here the next time in Branson!

Nice Getaway

We had a really good time. The rooms were beautifully decorated and adequately surprised. The beds had soft mattresses. Only downside: There were a few dust bunnies and the freezer wasn’t functioning properly. Those didn’t interfere with our stay. I would highly recommend the Caddyshack.

Birthday getaway

We have decided to skip birthday parties with the kiddos and instead do a birthday trip they choose. Our oldest son picked Branson. This was the perfect stay for us to celebrate. They didn't miss a detail and communication was great. We have 3 sons and this space fit us perfectly. It was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. We were very grateful for the washer and dryer after alot of hiking and fishing. We would most definitely book again our our next trip back. Thank for helping make the 12th birthday trip great!!!

Enjoyed our Time

The location of the condo was perfect for our family. Close to the pool and athletic courts. Also very close to all attractions. The condo was cozy with a walk-out balcony, two bedrooms, functional kitchen, and decent living space. Some things that were lacking: water temperature was unmanageable- sometimes too hot others too cold when in the shower, light bulbs out in both bathrooms, just small details but they make a difference. Toilets and showers need some special attention. However, none of this prevented us from enjoying our time spent here. Managers were very quick and responsive when messaged for any issues. Would consider this property again.
