They offered a sweet treat after 9 for the kids and a lot of space to walk around and a big outdoor shopping mall just down the hill you can see from the hotel and then it was right off the old Branson road where it’s close to all the museums and sight seeings and some places are easy to walk to from. We enjoyed the fact the whole pool was 3 ft so my 6 year old could actually walk around the whole pool without hitting a deep part

Stained mattress

First room appeared clean until I checked the mattress. Mattress was badly stained also room didn't have towels. I requested a new room and the mattress was fine, room was clean. I felt hotel would have been in better shape with mattress if they had mattress protectors as well as the mattress pads they did have. Breakfast foodchoices were good.

Decent place

The hotel is very nice. There are 2 separate buildings however, that are not connected. If you are in the 2nd building you will have to go outside to access the pool. The pool itself is a good size, but the chlorine is very strong. Just sitting in the pool room to watch the kids our eyes were burning from the chlorine. During our stay the elevator was broke. So we climbed stairs a lot going to and from our 4th floor rooms. The staff was very friendly!

Had an amazing stay and slept like a baby! Staff was friendly and helpful with our travel plans. The room was clean and the interior is very modern. Unfortunately the elevator was out but my husband and I are pretty young and the stairs did not bother us. We also enjoyed the evening dessert and breakfast. Overall it was a great experience and we plan to stay again the next time we go to Branson!

Breakfast was great! Employees were great! Room was clean, except for a stain on lounge chair. Bed was comfortable. Great location! Negative… elevator was not working in our building, so we could not have the top floor unless we wanted to climb stairs with all our luggage. Very small room. Towels are small and thin. There wasn’t a luggage cart in our building . Had to go to front desk in another building to ask where it was. The motel in front that backs up to this property is closed and vacant with chain link fencing around it. It looks terrible and creepy.

Worth a try

Hotel was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was good. My complaint is they did not fulfill my request for quite room away from elevator & ice machine. Room was straight across hall from elevator & less than 50 feet from ice machine so not much sleep was gotten. If your not a light sleeper this is a nice hotel for a reasonable price.

Second times a charm

My wife and I have chosen to stay at this place a second time because we always enjoyed the experience. The amenities that they have here are really good for the location. Staff is professional and friendly. For the price you can't beat this at all and I believe that the next time we return to Branson that will be staying here again

The check in & check out staff were great. The room was fine but with an issue. I am a wheelchair bound paraplegic. I require a roll in shower with a sturdy bench to be able to shower. The room was supposed to be set up with a folding mounted shower bench. This room did Not have that. Please address this.
