Check in was easy. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy were served by a very nice lady. There were also muffins and waffles.

The property is a little back from the highway so it was quiet. Breakfast menu never changed, meat was not offered, dining room is extremely cramped. No fresh fruit was available, only cups of diced fruit. A banana or apple would have been nice.

I asked for a room on the main level because we cant do stairs very well. The receptionist moved some people around so we could park by our door. It was clean and had vinyl flooring instead of carpet. I had to go up some stairs to check in. Parking near check in was very limited. Our bathtub had a steady stream of water leaking, which was annoying when it was quiet. I thought it was dog free, but we heard barking several times esp early in the morning and late night time.

The only thing I would change about the property is some of parking, because it’s hard for my disabled mom to walk so the slanted parking lot that we had to walk up was hard on her.

We stay here because we travel with a small dog. We saw lots of dogs there this visit. Room service was hit or miss. Could get things at front desk. Rooms could use some renovation, but are comfortable. When we had a problem, it was addressed immediately. Could use a bigger frig.

The front desk staff was nice, liked the floors aren't carpet - so you automatically feel its cleaner in the room. I didn't live the bathroom - it wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as one wants when stsying in a hotel room - it made me less confident in the overall cleanliness, but after a long 2 days of teavel i really just wanted to sleep. And i sute - the bed & pillows are COMFY!!
