There was an unidentifiable object in our room between the tv stand and the microwave/refrigerator stand. There were also cockroaches in our room underneath the microwave and underneath the fridge. The mattress was semi comfy, higher at the edges and lower in the middle. We have stayed at this property several times but this one by far was the worse.

My only issue was the toilet. I am almost 6 feet tall. The toilet was like one used in child bathroom. I have knee replacements on both knees.

Steep walk from room up the hill to room serving breakfast. No walk in shower or grab bars. We had mobility issues and could not walk up the hill. Wife received some type of bug bites on face, and arms. Bites left many whelps with face & arms left with rash and red whelps.

Everything was clean and the staff was very courteous and responsive. My plane arrived super late due to delays so I wasn’t able to get there until 1:30 in the morning but the staff agent came to greet me and check me in.

Room was clean remotes didn’t work for tv so they came turned on the tv and left. Remotes didn’t work. Thennnnn we left a gift in the room called tell them of course it was gone she says well you signed something we’re not responsible for items left. Any decent person that finds items clearly not trash you would think it would be turned in. Upon my husband turning our keys in he heard a guest asking the day shift lady about the shows in the area she says I don’t know I don’t anything about the shows here rude !!!! She could have said I’ve heard ….. I am appalled at the attitude of the woman at the desk.
