This resort is about 4-5 miles from Branson, making it out of the traffic and bustle of the city, yet easily accessible by auto.

There was a $50 activity fee that we had to pay when we got there. Did not know this until after I paid the bill. Also I asked for 2 queen beds and we had 1 queen bed and a sleeper sofa. We are seniors and that was a little hard to navigate. The jet tub was extremely hard for us to get into to take a shower.

Overall, the property was clean ,well kept, safe, quiet and close to Branson landing. There are no vending machines or ice machines to use. The pool doesn't open until checkout time, so though it looked nice, we were unable to enjoy it. We tried calling 3 times during our stay and nobody answered the phone at the front desk. The lady that checked us in was rude and did not offer much info on the property. The focus at checkin seemed to be getting us to listen to a sales pitch about time shares.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the indoor pool and holiday decorations in the lobby and arcade room. Although the lodging needs an update, it was clean and had great amenities.

The box springs side bar was broke so the bed was sloped to one side. The water would only get luke warm so no hot shower available and lastly, when we were checking around the bed to make sure we left nothing behind, we found dried male fluid on the side of the bed. We called the hotel on the way back and they said a manager would call. We have not yet received a call..

The rooms were clean and spacious. My only complaint is at night the blinds let in a lot of light making it difficult to sleep without a eye mask. I would recommend them providing black out shades for the bedroom windows. The parking lot is well lit which is great except when your trying to sleep.

It was amazing and quiet. At first, we were upset that the hotel.com listing states washer and dryers in the room. But they have a community washer that doesn't charge in the main building so it made up for it. Beautifully kept grounds clean and kept up daily.

As far as the accommodations, we had a 1 bedroom and it was very nice. Absolutely no complaints about the unit itself. But, the check in staff was not welcoming and friendly at all, especially the girl with the braids. Also, I went to the main office and asked for towels and another blanket that arrived about 4 hours later. The main negative was that the water to our building was off ALL day! They said a pipe burst behind the building which is not their fault but it was super inconvenient when you needed to use the restroom. It’s a good thing that we showered early.
