The condo could use a deep cleaning. The base boards are dirty and there was something that had been spilled down the cabinets. The sheets on the bed seemed to be not clean or just very old and stained. The soaps were 1/4 soap and 3/4 water. We never received the white key card for the gate. I messaged and was supposed to let me know when he talked to the cleaning people but he never got back to me. We had to stop at the guard shack every time we came back which was inconvenient.

When we entered the “apartment” it had a pretty bad smell to it. Smelled musty or wet animal or something. Had no air freshener, so used some spray deodorant to cut the smell. Door knobs on closets were either missing, or about broke off. A spot on the wall missing paint, old potato chips down the side of the bed on the bed frame, baseboard in the bathroom pretty dirty. Beds were comfortable and nice scenery out the back door. Need to invest in an air purifier or something to keep the smell away. It was well equipped with everything else you may need. But feel like the cleaning charge is way too much with the things that need done in this unit.

My husband and I loved this condo. Very clean and updated. The bed in the master was firm but comfy! The back balcony was great. My only “complaint” would be the 1 ply toilet paper. :-) We will stay here again, and will bring our own toilet paper the next time. Lol

Quick Trip
A friend and I visited Branson for a round of golf and a concert. The condo was in a gated community on the 16th hole of the golf course. The check-in process was easy and Brett was in communication throughout the process. The condo was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It has a great location and we were able to get anywhere we needed within 15 minutes.

We made a change this year to experience Branson instead of FL/AL and this location is perfect in that is close to the main strip but also far enough that you don’t feel jam packed. A big perk is that the main club house also has a restaurant/bar available.

The property, community, checkin and cleanliness were great. The air conditioning however was broken the entire stay and constantly stayed hot. There was a little relief in the evenings because Brett brought some portable units. While I appreciate him bringing those units I did not appreciate him knowing it was not working great and still renting it out to us. I would have chosen to stay somewhere else knowing this because it was so hot there. After being at the ball fields all day it was miserable to come back to a hot condo as well.
