Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay. I didn’t care for the doors to the room being outside. The pillows were not comfortable but my kids loved the pillows so it could’ve been being older. The food was good in the morning except the waffles got cooked to long with the timer and the sausage was a bit to greasy. The hot tub in the morning is fire fire hot. But they said it cooled down once peolle get in it. The pool was a good temp. Overall not bad. It was a quick weekend get away and to do SDC.

We booked a room with pool view. Staff informed us pool view rooms are no longer available due to renovations. The pool area looked nicer online. Pool is open but we didn’t swim. Room was okay. Definitely needs updating. Dents in the door, paint scratches on wall, stains on carpet. Poor water pressure in shower. Neighbors dog barked frequently. No concerns about safety. Full breakfast offered.

It was okay but nothing like the pictures that were online. The bedding had stains on it, dirt in the corner in the bathroom, had a smell as soon as you opened the door to room

The place looked nothing like the pictures, I wish I could put my pictures on here. The whole carpet had stains all over it very big ones. The toilet leaked big puddles in the floor. I reported it to the desk the man came right away I asked him to give us 10 minutes we were gong out for the day he never came back. He told the lady at the desk we refused to let him in. I will never stay there again even if it were free.

We have always had good experience with Quality Inn. This time there were a few bugs and small baby roaches. Needed to be sprayed. More rooms with the higher toilets, for two people we were given 4 towels, 2 wash cloths and two hand towels, need at least 4 wash cloths for two adults. It is a quiet place to stay. They have a decent hot breakfast.

It was a great day the only problem I had with it I'm used to a soft bed and their beds were a little bit on the harder side otherwise the staff was excellent

Hotels.com lies
The hotel was really accommodating. Hotel.com lied to me. The cost was supposed to be $272.12 for 4 nights. I got charged 315.11. Hotel said hotel.com set the price not them. Quality Inn 76 highway Branson mo. Staffing was fantastic and very accommodating. It’s ashame hotels.com wasn’t. Will never use hotels.com again.

Upon checking in they asked me if I was a local resident. Immediately after giving them my zip code of 65807 and informing them I was a resident of Springfield, the front desk receptionist asked me if I would be smoking weed or any other drugs in their rooms. Racially profiling upon arrival is wild. This was entirely unprompted and unprofessional. The place looked like they haven’t cleaned since before Covid.

Has to be the nastiest place in Branson. I didn't not feel safe and left to stay somewhere else. This placed smelled like a rotting carcass, was dark and dingy. Stains on the bed and the room was not clean.
