The room was very clean except for a coffee stain on the carpet. Missing parts to the AC. The staff at breakfast were the best. Such sweet people. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was good. We will stay here again.

My stay at the Scenic Hills Inn was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in a serene location, the inn was notably safe and wonderfully quiet, providing a perfect retreat from the bustling city life. Its proximity to excellent shopping spots and exquisite dining options made it incredibly convenient, enhancing the overall experience. One of the highlights was its closeness to all major attractions, including Silver Dollar City. This added a layer of convenience, making our sightseeing plans seamless and enjoyable. The parking facilities were hassle-free and easily accessible, a bonus for those traveling by car. Moreover, the friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more pleasant. Their warm demeanor and willingness to assist with any queries or requests ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience. Nice little hotel- can’t beat the price … refrigerator is good size unlike many Branson hotels- no microwave in rooms (like many Branson hotels) - lobby closes at 11 for communal microwave- the staff is outstanding- only allowed one room key which is a slight inconvenience if you have a teenager with you! Close to every thing!!! Breakfast is one of best we’ve seen at hotel and they stay on top of keeping everything full right until breakfast is over, so you don’t have to rush to go early- going down on elevator to room instead of up was hard to get used to - we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!!

The pluses were : Rooms were great for price- beds very comfortable, staff was great for the most part (give or take a couple) , breakfast was fantastic and location couldn’t have been better! Down sides were: refrigerator was VERY small and microwave was communal (one per floor none in room though we are finding this isn’t rare in Branson) ice machine was down on our floor and one other floor as well so we had to go down a flight for ice but these were all minor inconveniences and we enjoyed our stay very much!

The hotel is a little older and so has some wear and tear and some outdated furnishings, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. There were some gluten free options too. Just beware there aren't as many outlets in the rooms that a more modern hotel would have, so my phone had to be plugged 4-5 feet from the bed.
