Compounded customer service failures. Face-to-face, voicemail, and text communication - all need significant improvement; when checking in I listened to an embarrassingly rude and condescending customer service response regarding a terrible incident another customer experienced at the hotel; handed dirty hotel key cards; requested room service which never arrived; questions about services never answered; no secure WiFi; instead of dining in the restaurant, ushered to banquet hall for generic buffet breakfast resembling shelter dining; no compensation for errors; at the very end of the stay, I was solicited for a travel club by the front desk when handing in key cards.

The staff set the tone right off. I got in earlier than normal, and thought about checking in one hour early. I was told my room was ready, but it’s $40 to check in early. No thanks. The shower stream was weak, and it took several minutes to get the water warm.

The hotel does not look like the pictures. It should have been updated 20 years ago. It is very old and not clean. Housekeeping was poor quality, the room was missing the basic essentials at arrival. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was average, carpet was stained but otherwise clean, quiet, amenities were good. Plenty of parking, staff was friendly and helpful. My husband was not happy with ground crew who blew mud all over our vehicle but no damage was done. Overall stay was good!

A peaceful stay, very safe, and very close to all the attractions. The only downside was the housekeeping service, which was practically nonexistent. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it as a very good option.

Bathroom was extremely small. Staff was rude, except Tristan. He was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was horrible. Powered eggs, hard biscuits, watered down gravy, gross tater tots, and nasty sausage links served all 3 days we stayed. Rented an “updated” king room & paid extra for it. There wasn’t anything updated about it!! Carpet was gross, blackout curtains were ripped, ac never worked properly, no stir straws for coffee, coffee maker was dirty, mold around bottom outside of tub, either blood or ketchup was sweared in the wall. Took 5 hours to get extra coffee and a blanket. The blanket on the bed was so thin you could see through it. They try to sell you vaccination club membership upon arrival and departure. Worst hotel that we’ve stayed in in Branson and we’ve been coming 2-3 times per year for over 20 years. Definitely worth paying more to stay somewhere else. Denny’s actually sells better food!!
