1. Breakfast was average with a decent variety Wall thermostat did not work but it did work from the unit 2. Smaller handle on shower to switch from bath to shower was broken and hard to operate. 3. Carpets could use a deep cleaning 4. Suggest at least some changes in breakfast menu, our stay was 7 days with (same menu daily)

Check in was easy. Guy at the front desk must have been tired, not the most welcoming. Room was clean. Room needed some repairs. Curtain was falling down, damage on bathroom door. Bed was ok. Heater was noisy, It would come on for about 2-3 minutes and blow warm air, turn off 2-3 minutes, turn back on and blow cold air for 2-3 minutes. So we went from being hot to cold. We did a lot of tossing and turning. Breakfast was ok. It was dark in there and not enough seating. Overall it was ok, not great, not horrible.

We were contacted by a Vacation Specialist a few weeks prior to our stay and were told we would have a great view of the aquarium and Christmas lights. She told us we could reach out at any time if we needed anything. Upon arrival to our room, we looked out the window to an abandoned parking lot. Very disappointed, we contacted the Vacation Specialist by text letting her know. The next morning, she texted back saying the hotel was full, we couldn't be moved and was sorry. Be careful of bait and switch!

We have stayed here before, and will continue to use this resort. It has friendly, knowledgeable staff, discount tickets, a pool for the kids. The breakfast has many options, but the quality could be a little better. Love this resort - it is centrally located to all the attractions and services. It has easy entry and ample parking.

The rooms are very small and definitely needs T&C. Though the rooms are clean but very average . On top there was a free show ticket promised by Expedia with this stay. Hotel provided very limited and probably the lowest 10 options .. The beds sink in with springs .. Will try some other properties for next visit

We have stayed here when it was the Radisson and it was awesome. This company took over 6 years ago and made no improvements and it shows. The first night my husband had to sleep without his CPAP because one of the outlets were not working. The floor was dirty in our room, the door to the bathroom was splintered. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. The outlet behind the nightstand had no faceplate on it and the one behind the table was loose. These are safety issues! The beds were comfortable though
