We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the complimentary breakfast was particularly well-received, especially by our children aged four and one. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and friendliness. The heated pool was an added bonus to an already excellent experience.

Shrimp left in mini fridge, great smell when I opened door, I requested a joint room with connecting door because I had kiddos and that didn’t happen, they did try and swap with a different room but one only had one one bed and I have 4 kids and two adults so that didn’t work out. The rest of the rooms were booked so no other options so we made it work. Breakfast buffet I’m not sure what everyone is raving about. They need fresh fruit or something. I only went down once. However my kids ate it daily and liked it. Would choose somewhere else next time.

Rooms were neat and clean. The only issue was the tub as it would not drain. I’d hope the person that cleaned it would report the issue but it was not. My main issue was the fact that I was charged 50.00, that was supposed to be a hold, NOT A REFUNDABLE CHARGE IF YOU ATTENDED some timeshare meeting. I was only in town for 1 day and I didn’t want to spend it being lectured to. I filed a dispute with my bank since none of this was resolved

The room was good, only complaint would be the Bathroom floor could of been cleaner. They offer a good breakfast buffet. Be prepared to have front desk staff keep asking if your interested in their time share rentals, we was approached multiple times and was told we was foolish to pass up on the deals.

The room was never cleaned even though we (4 people) stayed over 3 nights. The only staff we saw was two front desk employees and 3 at breakfast. The breakfast, besides being the same every day, had not a lot of options. The lines were ridiculous and if there was a spill or something dirty was never cleaned up. And you get kicked out of your table after the breakfast time was over. The rooms had a moldy smell, plus a raid smell. The heat was not on and it had not ventilation. Just one set of toiletries the whole time. We asked to get the room serviced and only got new towels but not even enough. We asked for more and never came. The pool was half outside, half inside and no heated for winter. The hot tub was half empty. Dirty carpet floors. The pool connects thru a carpet hallway which also works a commemorative hallway of service members.

The carpet wasn't vacuum very well and there were white foot prints on our carpet, the room is just wore out. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was warm it has a nice big TV. All the staff was amazing! Breakfast was very good! Ashley at the bar made my birthday Amazing... Thank you we had a good time Thousand Hills for a great time. See ya next year..

Gave us a dirty room, looked like they were in middle of cleaning it. Then we switched rooms, no TV remote. Was trying to occupy the kids with TV, so called to front desk, then said they would bring a remote to our room. Never showed up until we were checking out in the morning. Hotel outdated, wouldn't stay again. However, breakfast was good.

Staff and amenities. Good variety of breakfast. Hall of Heroes very special honoring veterans from all areas of service and wars. Downfall: Our room was carpeted and I have sinus issues. Was not aware of hotels still having carpet post Covid. As a nurse I prefer no carpet or drapes bc rooms cannot be sanitized. More potential chance of respiratory infections. Hotel is being renovated. Perhaps our room was on the older part of hotel.

We arrived to find our room door was open, as my 7yr old just pushed it open when we got to it. There was leftover food from the previous guest in our mini fridge, and large fingerprint drawings on the big mirror all of the windows.

Staff was excellent. Room was ok! No toilet paper in room, no wash cloths in room, and someone forgot to flush the toilet after cleaning the room I guess. When we got in our room toilet seat was up and there was urine in the toilet. Location of hotel was great. Close to everything but far enough away to relax. Will probably choose a different hotel next time but it was good for the price!
