Rooms were nice, but the carpet on 6th floor was horrible. Rooms were hard to keep cool or warm. The selling at the front desk was very pushy, and made the wait to checking in and out longer than should have been.

The bathroom was extremely small and 1 sink. The toilet is very short and hard to sit on and im only 5ft tall. Was put in a room at first was occupied and had to be moved to another room. For a large hotel the restaurants and dining areas are small. The carpet could be cleaned and updated Enjoyed our view from our corner room was excellent! Our stay was good but a feww hiccups. Just some updating

The breakfast buffet had hard biscuits, greasy sausage, yummy gravy, can fruit, crispy tater tots, delicious scrambled eggs and warm, soft oatmeal with brown sugar and dried fruit, little muffins, cold french toast sticks, cold cereals. There were several drink options including apple, orange juice, milk, coffee, hot tea. The room needed some updates like the bathroom door looked like wolverine had scratched it, carpet needed vacuumed, and you had to request clean towels and housekeeping didn't clean rooms daily. I had to dump my own trash. It was a work stay place rather than a relaxing vacation spot.

Our room had mold and mildew. We left a day early and they would not refund our money. Will not stay at the hotel again. It is old and they just painted over the problem instead of fixing them.

Breakfast had a great variety and was replenished 4 times during our 45minutes eating there. Air conditioning was great and kept us cool all night, room was quiet and peaceful. staff were friendly and helpful, only con was the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. A few mold spots in and above the shower and the bathroom needed more ventilation and the floor in the bathroom had some residue of something but a great stay overall.

Room cleanliness was really lacking. Carpet in room was wet between the beds with empty water bottles under the bed. The room was extremely humid, the air conditioner very loud and would kick on/off about every 2-3 min. bathroom was dirty with hair on side of the tub. Staff in breakfast buffet was rude. When asked if item would be restocked on buffet was told I could wait like everyone else.

Si this is a run down hotel that at one time was a really great place to stay. Our beds sunk down quite a bit when you laid on them and I'm only about 170 lbs. The room air conditioner worked great. It seemed clean but just worn down. Our bathroom door had a broken part of the door for instance. Neat place to stay if you can book it cheap and keep expectations low.
