I asked for an additional blanket for the bed and an additional wash cloth. A large plastic bag with a full set of linens and towels was left in the room. Some caulking in the bathroom should be replaced. In areas it is black with mold.

I was there for 5 days house cleaning NEVER showed up complained once and was told they would be there tomarrow....didnt happen. The room smelled of old used vegetable oil was in our clothes had to wash all clothes when i returned home. I told the front desk my concernes and they didnt even care......WILL NEVER RETURN AND STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT STAYING THERE.

Boy do they ever over sell! Told the guy checking me in I was not interested three times nicely. The fourth time I was not so nice. Going to shows and tourist traps that are overpriced is not our thing.

The room was adequate and a nice large,king suite, but in need of some updates. There had been some moisture on the ceiling over by the window at some time it looked like and some rust on some of the fixtures in the room. The room was clean. We were on the 9th floor and it seemed as though they didn't have other people lodging on that floor. The staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. We ran out of coffee cups and called down and they ran them up there right away. There were adequate towels and the bedding was nice and clean. The rates for the room were nice too. They have a nice breakfast buffet and restaurant in the downstairs. Again the staff were all very nice and helpful in the restuarant but it too was in need of some updating, painting, etc. We would consider staying here again, maybe just in a more updated suite/room.

Room was clean and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was just ok. Biscuits wouldn’t melt butter. Eggs were rubbery. Check-in was brief once my turn came. There was only one person at the desk. He was on the phone for several minutes. Then he took a long time with the person ahead of me. Another clerk came out and helped me. I took luggage to my room and then left the hotel for dinner. The woman who was ahead of me was still trying to check in. The clerk was giving her a hard time.

Staff was very friendly, very crowded at breakfast because of Veterans Day, but food was very good and hot. Bathroom needs updating. Faucet was difficult to operate, door was sticking and doorknob very loose. Enjoyed our stay very much, would recommend to family and friends.

Fresh, delicious breakfast. The service was excellent. I have to give 5 stars to one particular worker in breakfast area. Her name is Carolyn. She constantly worked to ensure everyone had a fresh breakfast, continually refilling breakfast bar. This sweet lady never stopped. We definitely noticed her dedication to her job and the visitors.

The staff was friendly and professional, but the hotel is old and needs a total renovation. The bathrooms are old , the doors are all scratched, walls need painted. Breakfast was limited to the same items every morning. Lication is great clise to all attractions.

Pretty outdated hotel. The room definitely needs a deep clean. Called the front desk to schedule housekeeping but they never ended up coming. The breakfast at the restaurant was complimentary but not worth eating. Location was ideal.
