Yes the room was neglected, the support staff roo. Was old dirty carpet fridge had water all in it bathroom looked unclean did not have towels or ice liner we left same night they said they would charge one night they have charged us for all 3 nights

Room was average, carpet was stained but otherwise clean, quiet, amenities were good. Plenty of parking, staff was friendly and helpful. My husband was not happy with ground crew who blew mud all over our vehicle but no damage was done. Overall stay was good!

A peaceful stay, very safe, and very close to all the attractions. The only downside was the housekeeping service, which was practically nonexistent. Nevertheless, I highly recommend it as a very good option.

Bathroom was extremely small. Staff was rude, except Tristan. He was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was horrible. Powered eggs, hard biscuits, watered down gravy, gross tater tots, and nasty sausage links served all 3 days we stayed. Rented an “updated” king room & paid extra for it. There wasn’t anything updated about it!! Carpet was gross, blackout curtains were ripped, ac never worked properly, no stir straws for coffee, coffee maker was dirty, mold around bottom outside of tub, either blood or ketchup was sweared in the wall. Took 5 hours to get extra coffee and a blanket. The blanket on the bed was so thin you could see through it. They try to sell you vaccination club membership upon arrival and departure. Worst hotel that we’ve stayed in in Branson and we’ve been coming 2-3 times per year for over 20 years. Definitely worth paying more to stay somewhere else. Denny’s actually sells better food!!

It was a nice hotel for the amount of money we paid. However I feel like it could have been updated also our toilet was broken, the room was clean the room was a little hot would not cool off.

I know everyone who gives a bad review says this, but I rarely give bad reviews. This hotel is dirty and outdated for the price. Thousand Hills purchased an old hotel and is trying to make it upscale, but they haven’t put the money into it to make it nice. Repainting a few rooms isn’t a remodel. The ceiling was cracked and dirty. The shower had red slime around the base. The carpet was ripped. I could go on and on, it needs more than just paint and a poor caulking job to make it upscale. Definitely will not stay again.

The hotel is in need of some updating. The carpeting in the hallway and room was stained and ripped. The breakfast had a wide variety of items but it was not very good. We couldn't even watch TV due to it being near the connecting door and in order to hear it while lying in bed, the volume had to be turned up a bit. We had security knocking on our door because the people on the other side of the door complained about it being too loud. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The microwave is a community one down the hall by the elevators. We probably wouldn't stay there again due to the size of the facility.
