BREAKFAST WAS FINE BIG AREA AND DECENT VARIETY. CLEANING STAFF WERE GREAT. HOWEVER THE FRONT DESK HELP NEED SOME TRAINING. COULD CARE LESS IF YOU WERE THERE ARE NOT. HAD TO MOVE ROOMS DUE TOO PROBLEM WITH DOOR AND WAZ TOLD TO GET OUT OF FIRDT ROOM QUICK HE NEEDED TO RERENT. THE REMOTE DID NOT WORK HAD TO WALK TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET BATTERIES AND THE REMOTE STILL DIDNT WORK. THEY DID FINALLY OFFER TO BRING ONE AT 9 pm night before i left. nice place just had bad experience. too many places to stay to go back

It was a good stay last night,the room was clean, quiet and comfortable, However this morning I was taking a shower and fell because the shower curtain was about two feet to long and I got tripped by it. Room 845 please change the curtain in bathroom

Checkin, bathroom was dirty water down the wall instead of the shower. Had to take a bath and we don’t like baths. The bathroom exhaust was worthless. The floors and toilet were dirty. The most uncomfortable bed and pillows. The tv picture and sound was worthless. We had breakfast tickets for both mornings. We ate there the first morning. TERRIBLE!!! Went out the next morning. Show ticket options were HORRIBLE!!! Didn’t use them. The view was the back of a brick wall. The refrigerator was so small. You couldn’t get anything in it. Parking was very inconvenient. The best part of our stay was checking out. We will never stay there again. Definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone not even my enemy!

They will not clean your rooms unless you ask. Left over idea from Covid days. The bad thing about that is if your a coffee or tea drinker you have to run down a maid or call to get it. All in all it was a good place to stay but it is a bus stop so there is a lot of people trying to have the breakfest buffet all at once.

This hotel was amazing. The staff, the amenities, the indoor pool and free breakfast really made our stay in Branson. I will say, the room could use some updating (lighting,fridge,microwave?) just in my double queen perhaps. We were not in our room much as there were plenty of accommodations for surrounding entertainment. I will absolutely bring my family back for a return stay.
