The pool was on the smaller side, cool, shallow and super crowded and as no one under 14 can be in the hot tub it did not allow my grandkids an adequate space to use their energy after a long drive.

I found this hotel to not be at a rating that was advertised. The parking lot had trash. We moved rooms because the bath was not clean and the air conditioning wasn't working. Then our second room had a toilet that ran. The guests all smoked in huge crowds at the front and back door and the pool regularly had too many people toe even be fun. Would not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a short stop in Branson and we enjoyed the breakfast and room service from jack henrys. Food was great. Hotel probably needs more elevators but they were super busy so that was pretty unavoidable. We liked it for sure.

Great location, price, friendly staff.
Rooms were very good. One issue, the bathroom has no lock on the door or exhaust fan. A/C unit ran cold and worked great but was noisy at times. They have a mini fridge and TV and a small table in the room. Next time I stay I would choose the 1st floor. Navigating the elevators could sometime be a challenge. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Me and my family just left there today and we were amazed! From check in with the wonderful Mica ( she was amazing, she gave great customer service), the whole hotel was beautiful, clean and smelled clean. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. As soon as I lied down, I melted and quickly fell asleep. Best night of sleep I have had in a long time. The room was big and classy. We received voichers for a free drink which unfortunately we were too tiered when we got back from our show to enjoy. We also got vouchers for free breakfast and couldn’t enjoy that either because we had to leave early. I am sure it was great! They even have a Starbucks! The indoor connected to the outdoor pool was super cool! I can’t believe how nice it was for the cheap price! We are already talking about coming back to stay here during Christmas time! 12/10 recommend

Very nice property. Only complaint is there was pink mold in the shower, the carpet was very dirty. No coffee cups, but plenty of plastic cups. BUT, I would stay again. I am a Nurse and am not opposed to cleaning my own room.

hotel was great the pool just is not big enough for how many rooms the hotel has so it gets overcrowded very fast and everyone smokes around the outdoor pool

Overall my experience with the hotel was pretty good. They have on site laundry facilities and concierge services. Housekeeping is not provided unless you call. I experienced elevator problems especially the time of check out and pool is only open till midnight.
