We formally stayed several times in the past few years. Overall it was fine but the check in process was a lot more chaotic and busy. The room seemed smaller than in years prior. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming as it was so busy. The staff were very friendly though.

Breakfast was okay, some of the room could be cleaner , curtains wouldn’t completely close, there was no microwave in room which was needed and expected. I told the man who checked me in that I was disabled and couldn’t walk very far with my cane and he still put me in a room all the way down the hallway at other end from elevator where I had to walk far in my condition so it was very hard on me. There was holes in the wall on doorway where lock was either pulled off or taken off. I thought this hotel room would be very nice but it was not worth what I paid for it.
Bikes where lock was pulled off or taken off. Looks like someone might have broken in.
Got off elevator and had to walk to other end of building after telling the hotel clerk I could not walk very far.
No microwave in the room.

The mattresses needed to be replaced. The center sag is excessive. Sleep was poor because of the condition of the mattress. The free breakfast was rehydrated eggs which were watery and cold. The breakfast sausage and french toast was cold as well. We passed on it the next day. We ate dinner in the restaurant the evening before found it to be very good. Staff were pleasant and attentive and the property was clean and well kept. Do not expect to stay there next time we are in Branson.
