The room was okay but the television was not working right, we were busy most of the time but tried to watch one night and it didn't work. Let staff know but nothing was done. That was the only time we saw any of the staff.

The room I reserved had been given away, so I got a step down room. They did give me a $50 dollar credit, which I appreciate. Got to the room and the was no remote for the TV. After 3 different remotes, got one that would change channels but would not turn off and on or change the volume.

Room very outdated. Breakfast was not good. Housekeeping staff was very nice, looked very understaffed, windows in room were very dirty on the outside. Draw on dresser kept opening would not stay shut. I wish now I would have stayed at my hotel I usually stay at when we go to Branson. Very disappointed

Its good for the price. Mostly quiet. Lots of rooms. You can do an old time photo at the hotel. We were only a few days there so we didn't have time. The breakfast was edible but definitely low quality and same everyday. Everyone working was great. They had Starbucks options and a bar we did not utilize. They sell tickets and other options for local attractions there at the hotel. Indoor outdoor pool was ok. Jacuzzi needed some maintenance. Room was acceptable. Nothing fancy. Veteran memorial hall was amazing! Totally redeeming grace to hotel. We loved reading all the stories and looking at the photos. Would i stay again? If necessary. Not worst hotel but definitely nothing fancy.
