We didn’t have a shower curtain! We were unable to call front desk to get one because our phone wasn’t working. The curtain on the window, one of the things in middle is broken and light is very bright outside our window! Unable to sleep in

Your photos of the hotel, including the restaurant food photos on the menu are false advertising. Why was the Shanghai acrobats pushed so hard? That was more of a comedy show to me. Their tricks were so basic and old. Very unimpressive and they really really want you to clap. lol I would give this hotel two stars if it weren’t for the kind staff. Everyone, around the town really, were all very kind. The peeling window tint all around the building looks bad, I thought the windows were broken when I first noticed them. You really need to invest in some upkeep and updates for this property. Broken tile just out of the elevators, unsafe. Coping, peeling off the walls. Lots of opportunity here. Also, Perhaps you should leave notes in the guest file about whether you have already spoken to the guest about your vacation membership program. As a guest, Being approached more than twice about it and having to explain each time I’m not eligible because my income isn’t what ya’ll expect from an average guest doesn’t exactly feel good. A simple note in the file could prevent this - but of course, your staff will have to check the notes before starting their pitch. Okay, all in all, I had a decent time. It was okay. But the food and the hotel were let downs because the photos aren’t accurate and real life was like uhhh, what??? My clear 8x10 promo stand on The desk in my room had the promo from spring. small details that make a big difference.

We were supposed to get a king bed got only queen. Supposed to get a walk in shower got a tub shower. I told the clerk at check in I had trouble stepping over because of knee replacements. If you’re not having maid service need bigger trash cans in room or extra bags. Room was passable but not really clean. Clerk at check in was high pressure for the deal spiel even though we told him we weren’t interested. Breakfast was marginal. No pancakes waffles or toast options only dried out hard biscuits. Not enough handicap parking spots.

Room was mostly clean and staff was very courteous. Did not like the tiny refrigerator and lack of microwave in the room. Would gladly pay extra for a bigger refrigerator and the microwave in the room, instead of down the hall way.

We stay at thousand hills resort every year and are happy with the experience every time the staff is polite and the food is awesome! And maybe the best part of it all is the bar on the first floor Carolyn the bartender is the sweetest lady and is always in a good mood she definitely makes the experience worth it alone, we make sure we go see her every year. I would definitely recommend staying here for vacation!

The first thing that turned us off, was the sales pitch from the people that checked us in. We just want our room key not to get a sales pitch in order to get our room key. The window curtain needs repair or replacement. The shower curtain was replaced, but they never took the old rings off the rod and so it’s hard to move the shower curtain when you want to open and close it. And again when we were turning in our key at the end of our stay, we were hit with another sales pitch. We had a free beverage coupon and went down to the bar at 7 o’clock in the evening and us along with another couple found the bar closed. We don’t plan to return to Thousand Hills.

Nice rooms and lobby area, great location, nice pool area. Bathroom shower needed updating, but the water pressure was impressive! Room itself was great with ample space. Great chili in the restaurant. Good variety of breakfast food. Would appreciate real eggs rather than fake egg mixture, but it seems fake eggs are the norm at hotels now. Ugh. Overall, a nice hotel. Would definitely stay again.
