This property is well located. There are two malls within walking distance. What I did not like was the fact that there wasn't a hair dryer, there wasn't a toaster and a stove top in the kitchen. Lucas, from the housekeeping, and Eduardo, the guy who helps with luggage, were always helpful when I needed them.

Poorly cleaned bathroom, dirty room, very dirty curtains, even dirtier furniture, dirty balcony, TV doesn't work the buttons, it was a terrible stay. I don't know how you guys offer a room in such horrible condition.

Indelicada a recomendação das recepcionistas, por mais de uma vez que a perda ou extravio do cartão de acesso ao apto custariam R$20,00,, achei não só indelicado, até uma conotação de preconceituosa, No café da manhã outro atendimento triste logo ao adentrar o recinto fui intimado informar o apartamento e que o café custaria R$35,00, ora já tinha conhecimento dessa informação desde que fiz a reserva. Fiquei na expectativa que a recepcionista da lanchonete solicitasse minha identidade, aí já viraria caso de polícia, comecei a me sentir como um invasor., até porque não essa senhora, dona da lanchonete, ou do hotel talvez, não tem o mínimo tato para atender quem quer seja. Por fim, após três dias de hospedagem, a roupa de cama nao foi trocada,, olha já em Brasília algumas vezes, nunca me aconteceu isso.

Check-in tranquilo. O quarto tem ar-condicionado de parede (barulhento) que pode ser trocado por um split melhor. Tomadas na sacada precisa ser trocada. Paredes merecem uma pintura. Mas tudo limpo e bom.
