Never saw an employee just talked through speaker rooms showing age holes in carpet and all though none smoking smelt like cigarette's, bathroom floor sticky and not clean they even reused shampoo bottle half full on sink and no new one. very overrated by Expedia feedback Please stay somewhere else if in area.

Minimally adequate. Doesn't match the price point. Damp and musty. Bathroom in rough shape with peeling paint and janky repairs. Windows very dirty in our room and from the parking lot, most or all of them, Breakfast was next to nothing. Busy street with people hanging around smoking, vaping skateboarding, biking, etc. Can do better in Brattleboro.

The room smelled of straight mold and was extremely dirty. We didn’t even bring our stuff in. We took one look around and left. With allergies likes ours we’d rather sleep in the car then deal with the sicknesses that would come from breathing straight moldy air all night

The hotel was AWFUL. It was humid and everything felt damp. There were cigarette burns in the sheets and the door didn’t lock correctly unless slammed shut. I asked for a refund and was told to contact Expedia, they continued to then ghost Expedia and when I tried calling they refused to answer any of my phone calls. Terrible place and terrible service.

Fine for a night, but not longer.

I chose this place due to the good reviews and for the price. The lobby was small, clunky, dingy and outdated but the staff was friendly. The room had a strong musty, stale smoke smell even though the room was non-smoking. The bathroom sink was filled with fruit flies. The showerhead was leaking from the threads when turned on which made the water pressure very weak. The room was outdated and didnt look fully clean. Walls had many scratches and dust on fixures. A paint job is needed and/or just a few updates. Simple things could have made this stay much more enjoyable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I had a decent night sleep minus the smell.
