Have fun with the whole family at this stylish and recently modernised home by the sea in Braunton.

It’s found in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac within a stone’s throw of Braunton lovely town centre and only a short drive to the stunning beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde and Ilfracombe.

The property has 3 bedrooms and it’s own private garden. Parking is free and available on the street. The key will be in a key safe allowing fully flexible arrival time after 3pm.
The space
The property is very recently refurbished, modern, clean, bright and airy. It has 3 bedrooms: a king, a twin and a bunk bed room. The bunk beds are full sized singles and can sleep adults if required. There is a large walk in shower in the bathroom upstairs with separate toilet, and another toilet downstairs. The garden is private and catches the afternoon sun. There is a trunk with board games for those rainy days!

We use self check-in which means you can access at your own convenience after check in time using the key safe by the front door.

Other things to note
During the peak summer holidays in July/ August, the booking start day is ideally a Saturday please. Otherwise flexible.

The house is spacious and has everything you need. Great place to stay for exploring North Devon, with local amenities on the doorstep, including a great local pub. I would definitely recommend for a family. The house is larger than it looks in the photographs.
