Friendly and welcoming staff. We had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant one evening. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. The hotel is old and as a result is not well insulated. Sadly we did not have a good night’s sleep as the floorboards above us creaked both nights we were there. One night I’m sure there was a dog running around the room above us (The hotel is dog friendly), it was so noisy for much of the night. The location is great, plenty of good restaurants and cafes near by.
In the heart of Balleter, Balmoral Arms is a slice of traditional luxury with exceptional Scottish hospitality. The staff was engaging and attentive. The dining experience offered an intimate seating in a traditional Scottish dining hall. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
