Adult Ski Trip
Adult friends took this trip to Colorado to ski/snowboard for a week. The house is beautiful. Everything is in mint condition and well kept. The kitchen is very large and fully stocked with anything you would need to cook meals. Garage made it easy to load and unload ski equipment / grocery shopping, and go out without having to take snow off of the car. Excellent home for a vacation with plenty of room.

Great house
Spacious, well stocked house with amazing view! Plenty of room for the 4 toddlers to run and play. They actually could sled out back by the back deck. Huge kitchen and living areas. Property manager told us there was no pack and play but there actually was one along with a walker and umbrella stroller. House also has sleds. Awesome family time!!

Fantastic vacation. House is great - plenty of dinnerware and 2 dishwashers made fixing meals easy. Plenty of room to spread out. Saw mule deer off the deck the first morning. Plan to visit again.

Hidden gem
This is one of those places where you don’t want to write a review, because then everyone would know It’s amazing and it would always be sold out. From the centralized humidification system, heated floors, oversized garage so you can pack and unpack the cars with the garage doors closed… everything about it was phenomenal. Even the beds were super comfy, all of them!! My only regret is that I can’t rebook for next year already.

Awesome mountain house. 8 of us comfortably vacationed for a 4 day ski trip. Parking in the gondola lot for a day on the mountain was an easy 5 minute drive. The house has lots of amenities. The boot dryer was a nice touch.

Beautiful house and property
Anything we would need was available! It was a beautiful house and just a magical experience for a family vacation. Some things looked like they hadn't been cleaned well like around faucets in the bathroom and the jacuzzi in the master suite, but overall it was very clean and well maintained. There were two washers and dryers like advertised, but one washer was out of order. The thermostat stopped working in the master suite during our stay, but I emailed the property manager and someone was out to fix it within a few hours. Overall we had a great experience!

Our family of 8 truly enjoyed this house! It is beautiful inside and out. We had everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal in the huge kitchen. The path behind the house is fun for walking to town. Skiing is just a short drive away. Beds are comfortable and master suite amazing! We will be back!!

Great location. Lovely house but needs some work. Wires hanging from roof. Individual air conditioners in bedrooms did not work, would have helped. Left message for Ryan several times and no response. Living room not as pictured. Grand piano makes sitting area cramped. Roku TV in primary not working. Instructions need to be updated-trash delivery on Thursday, not Friday as stated.

Beautiful house and location couldn’t have been better!
My family and I spent 5 nights at this beautiful home and we wished we would’ve booked longer! The location was so close to everything in town! It made for easy travel with 5 children between our families. The home was wonderful and there was plenty of space for 3 families. Easy to access and the property manager was always available and answered our questions promptly. We will definitely be visiting again!

Positives: Roomy house with two living areas. Large bedrooms, well appointed. Perfect for our group of 7 adults. Beautiful decor. Wonderful views. Close to hiking trails. Negatives: It would have been nice to have a little coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, and some napkins Wi-Fi quit working on day three., but we were only there four days so we didn’t call to report it. Somewhat noisy from highway close by. Would definitely recommend

Great property and location!
Our two families -- 4 adults and 6 teens -- thoroughly enjoyed our week at Trail View Lodge. Plenty of space for everyone to gather together or retreat to their own space. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with amenities. Location is just over a mile from downtown Breck so just a quick car ride but we were also easily able to walk on the trail behind the house to get to downtown Breck.
