Welcome to this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Sundowner condo that can accommodate 5 guests. This condo has an incredible location to take advantage of everything Breckenridge has to offer! Snowflake ski lift, hiking trails, Main Street shops and restaurants, and the Blue River are all within a ten minute walk of the condo. The Breck Free Ride bus has a stop at the entrance of the Sundowner building and there is a swimming pool and hot tub! This condo is great for family and friends visiting Breck!
The Space:
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Sundowner condo can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably and 7 if couches are used. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a beautifully remodeled en suite bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over queen bed and plenty of dresser and closet space. The second full bathroom has a newly remodeled walk-in shower and is located next to the kitchen and the second bedroom.
The kitchen and living room share an open concept that is ideal for groups to spend time together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef needs to prepare a meal and the dining table is large enough for your entire group with seating for 8. The living room is a great space for your group to relax with comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. There are two couches as well if needed. There is a small patio off of the living room and a washer and dryer off of the kitchen. Lastly, there is a ski locker next to the entrance of the condo with plenty of room to store all of your gear.
In addition to the condo you will also have access to all of the amenities at Sundowner. This includes an outdoor patio space with a shared grill, one parking space in the covered garage, an outdoor hot tub at the property (available year-round), and access to the swimming pool and hot tubs at the Upper Village Pool Center. Please note, the Upper Village Pool Center is not open year-round so please make sure to check your travel dates with the schedule below.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo, one parking space in the covered garage, the shared courtyard and grill, the outdoor hot tub at Sundowner, and the pool and hot tubs at the Upper Village Pool Center.
Please check the availability of the Upper Village Pool Center with your travel dates prior to making your reservation.
The Neighborhood:
Sundowner condominiums enjoy one of the most versatile locations in Breckenridge. For winter travelers, the snowflake ski lift is located just two blocks from the condo and you can ski back on the Four O'Clock run at the end of the day and have a quick walk back to the condo. Main Street and the Village are less than a ten minute walk. You can also take the Breck Free Ride bus, which stops at the entrance of Sundowner, and get dropped off at the Gondola, Snowflake Lift, the Village, and many other stops.
Getting Around:
The Breck Free Ride bus, which stops at the entrance of Sundowner, is a great way to get around Breckenridge. If the weather is nice, you can also walk to nearby hikes and Main Street. Lyft/Uber are also available if needed.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate, so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.
Please note that the hot tub that is steps from the front door is currently not operational. We do not have a timeline on when it will open. However, the guests' pool key will still work for the upper village pools, which contains outdoor as well as indoor pools and hot tubs.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
