This is what a Breckenridge vacation home should be: spacious, nicely appointed, and in a great location! It’s just across the street from the Snowflake Lift — and the shuttle bus to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge stops right outside the complex. Plus, your own private hot and seasonal access to the Upper Village pool and hot tubs. Elk Ridge Trail Townhome is the place you and your group are looking for!

It’s a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome that’s perfect for groups of up to 10. The multilevel layout gives everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax — and makes it a great home for multiple families to share.

The living area is bright and airy, with huge windows, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a large LCD-TV and plenty of seating. The chef in your group will appreciate the large kitchen with granite counters, knotty pine cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The large dining table seats eight, and there’s room for four at the counter.

Outside, you’ll also find a gas grill and mountain views to go with that hot tub. Slide in and ease those tired bones after a day on the slopes! Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one outdoor parking space, a full washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. And like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

The units very close to Main Street Breckenridge. The townhouse had everything we could’ve asked for when it came to dishes, plates silverware. The layout of the townhouse was very nice and the community was even nicer

The condo is larger than the pictures give it credit for! It was easy enough to walk to hiking, downtown breck, food, and more. The only downside was that parking at the condo wasn’t able to fit our larger rental cars (suburban + pickup truck) and we had to pay for parking offsite. Otherwise, great place!

Last trip of the Summer
This was the perfect set up for our family of 7. We have two married children and then another child that had the bunk room to herself. It's a great location. Walking distance to Main Street or closer restaurants. Even close to some hiking trails. the rental company was easy to work with. We will definitely be back, maybe in the winter.

There was plenty of room in the townhouse for our group of 7 adults and one 3-year old. Our only issue was the sleeping arrangements. The info says that the unit sleeps 10 which includes a bunkroom sleeping 4. That may be fine for younger children sharing space but it doesn't work that well for adults. As we were all family, we managed. The location was perfect, close enough to walk to Main St. and a 10 minute drive to the wedding venue and other family accommodations. We would definitely consider staying there again.

I stayed here with my wife, 2 small children, and 6 adult family members. We had a great time, it was a short walk or bus ride to downtown Breckenridge. The bus station is right outside the front door. The unit was clean and well kept. The hot tub worked and was clean. Would recommend it highly!

Spring break week
This property is very convenient. You walk out the door , walk up the driveway and the bus Stop is just in the street . It was very nice to not have to drive much or walk far . The only complaints were that we ran out of hot water after only 3 of us showered - ( there were 9 in the group ) and the bunk bed matresses and the queen mattress on the second floor were so uncomfortable we had to take turns with 2 or 3 of us sleeping on rhe coach nightly .

Family holiday ski trip
The condo was just as pictured on line. It was well appointed and the location was perfect!! A free shuttle stops in front of the complex making it very easy and convenient to go to the slopes or into town. Main Street is walkable for adults and older children. With 6 adults and 2 children under age 5, everyone had plenty of space. Bedrooms are spread out offering privacy. The beds were not comfortable. Probably time to replace All mattresses, including sleeper sofa mattress. Everything else was wonderful!

It was a very enjoyable experience! A few comments: more kitchen towels and wash rags, the light above the microwave was burned out, more towels in the bathrooms, it would be nice to have the sheets for the pullout couch in the bedroom!, Overall it was GREAT ! Had a great time!!
