This residence is a Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rental. You may “BOOK NOW" ONLY if you are booking a Saturday-to-Saturday stay. Otherwise, if you are looking to book less than the full Saturday-to-Saturday week, please submit an INQUIRY letting me know which dates you wish to book. Depending on the week, I may be able to accommodate a shorter stay at a slightly higher nightly rate, as long as the stay is within a Saturday-to-Saturday ownership week. I respond to most inquiries within 2 hours.

Hyatt Main Street Station, a Hyatt Residence Club property, is centrally located on Historic Main Street in the heart of Breckenridge Village, 300 yards from the base of the Quicksilver lift and a short walk from dozens of restaurants and shops, providing a great location, luxurious rooms and unparalleled service. Guests also enjoy privileges at the Pioneer Club for a host of hillside amenities.

This 2 bedroom unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, and a whirlpool tub in the master bath. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be combined to make a king bed on request, and a full bath. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room, providing accommodation for 6 guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen, TV/VCR/DVD/Stereo in the living room, Hi-Speed Internet, gas fireplace, and washer & dryer in the unit as well.

Resort amenities include heated pool, fitness center, multiple hot tubs, underground self-parking, ski valet in winter, and bike/golf valet in summer. There are several retail spaces on the property including a restaurant, bar, spa, ski/bike rental shop, and several merchandise stores.

Guest understands that due to social distancing guidelines and protocols, certain services and amenities may be either limited or not available.

During winter, in addition to the world-class skiing that Breckenridge offers, enjoy skating on the pond, ice fishing, fly fishing, sleigh-riding, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing, just to name a few of the many options. During summer, enjoy golfing at the 27-hole Jack Nicholas designed public golf course, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and fly fishing, just to name a few of the many summer options.

The Hyatt Main Street Station does not have air conditioning, since it is normally not needed.

Spring Break Family Trip 2024

This was one of the best family ski vacations our family has had and we’ve been on several. The condo checked all the boxes for me (really nice/comfortable, excellent amenities…ski valet/hot tubs/pool, great location near lift and Main Street restaurants/grocery store/etc.). This was by far the best place we’ve stayed in Breckenridge and likely one of the best condos we have rented! Liked it so much strongly considering timeshare here (which I vowed never to do). As we have been on several ski vacations and learned from each what our ideal attributes are, this place had it all. Above and beyond expectations!!! Would love to go here again and I’m sure we will…. Outstanding!

So happy with this condo at Main Street Station location. It was well maintained with all the appointed amenities needed for our stay in Breck. Shops/restaurants were nearby, and we took advantage of the ski valet. We could not have been more comfortable. Check-in/out was a breeze.

Good time at Breck

5 of us stayed in the condo. We chose the building because of the convenience to Main Street and proximity to the lifts. The unit was comfortable; we had an issue with the gas fireplace and after our call to the front desk, maintenance was there within minutes and he had it working quickly. Very convenient to have washer & dryer in the unit. We really liked the convenience of the ski valet. Enjoyed the hot tubs and fitness center, too. Would recommend to others.
