If you aren’t familiar with BlueSky, it is the closest residential complex to the Snowflake lift - literally just steps away! This property has everything you will need, including an on-site Breckenridge ticket window, a ski rental shop (with ski storage for all BlueSky guests), a locker room with boot storage, a full-service spa (The Spa at Breckenridge), three hot tubs, a heated, outdoor pool, a gym, an arcade, a complimentary shuttle, and a 24-hour front desk with on-site maintenance staff.

One of the largest (over 1,800 square feet) and most unique condos at Blue Sky, this beautiful getaway has a very open layout with two huge banks of windows in the spacious living area, a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating for four, and a dining table with a view. For the ultimate privacy, the main bedroom is located on the opposite end of this condo from the other guest rooms - the perfect layout for large families or multiple couples. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect for our family vacation. Wonderful accomodations. Would liked to have handle grips in the bathroom showers, bath tubs and toliets. Older persons and handicaped persons need this for safety.

Beautiful spacious and clean !
We stayed here in March when denver got the 24 inches of snow fall. The communication with the host was a little harder because it’s a front desk hotel style property. There is no direct property management number . Once there underground parking was provided it was much appreciated because it was snowing hard. We had 2 vehicles. They accommodated us for both. Anything you need. You buzz the front desk they bring it up. It’s private right at the very end. On the same level as Game Center and hot tub. It was clean. Beds where comfortable. I would stay here again. 2 mins from the town square Breckinridge. Walking distance to lifts.

Great place for families with young kids
We love Blue Sky. This is our second stay here. The easy access for ski rentals, the snowflake chairlift and the free shuttle make getting around with a large group enjoyable. We’d suggest adding larger serving bowls and trays to the kitchen as we were cooking large meals each night.

Check the bedclothes before you get in bed.
The property is very nice, as pictured. On the morning of check-out, as we were packing and tidying, my adult daughter pulled back the sheets and discovered a disgusting mess at the end of the bed. Clearly, she had been sleeping in a dirty bed all week. Needless to say, it was rather horrifying. Told the front desk about the situation but the two women were unimpressed and unapologetic and didn’t even bother to ask what unit we occupied. We took a picture if management would like to see it. This is the first time I’ve written a negative review about a property but this is frankly unacceptable.
