LOCATION – Walk to town and ski to your door, you cannot beat this location in Breckenridge! Mountain Thunder Lodge sits off Park Ave within walking distance to the Breckenridge Station Gondola and Main St. Just outside of the complex is the Skyway-Skiway Run that allows skiers to ski home at the end of the day (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). A complimentary resort shuttle is also available to take guests to the mountain or anywhere in town.

MOUNTAIN THUNDER RESORT AMENITIES – The elegant yet rustic grand lobby of Mountain Thunder Lodge features a beautifully decorated sitting area that with log accents, slate floors, plush furniture and a fireplace. It also features a fitness center, complimentary shuttle, conference/business space, common area outdoor pool & hot tub area with gas grills and a children’s play area.

ONE SKI HILL PLACE RESORT AMENITIES – Being a guest of Mountain Thunder Lodge also gives you access to One Ski Hill Place Resort located at the base of Peak 8. Amenities include two pools, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam room, bowling alley, movie lounges, game room, fitness center, rejuvenation center, restaurants, ski school and a complimentary resort shuttle.

Wonderful Townhome!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood and great location! It worked perfectly for us. We appreciated the open layout since we spent the majority of our time downstairs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook, but we also made sure to bring a few specific items we needed for cooking just in case. The only thing I would recommend is supplying pump hand soap for washing hands and basic cleaning products (dish soap only provided) to clean up the kitchen. We luckily brought our own. It was nice for us to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main floor bedroom was helpful for a family member that can’t climb stairs. We used the outdoor patio everyday to enjoy our morning coffee. It was spacious and private. One of the best amenities is the attached two car garage! We hope to return sooner than later!

This townhome was in a great location! Just at the base of the gondola, ski-in, short walk to and from the gondola. Walking distance to town. Down the road from the grocery store. Hot tub with heated pool right outside the townhome. Great communication with property manager. Everything you need. Very comfortable stay.

Great Spring Skiing Stay
This is our second time at this property, and we will definitely be back. It's in a perfect location between the skiing and the town and is right near the gondola base for ski in/ski out. Thanks for a GREAT vacation weekend!

Breck family vacation
We stayed here with our two kids for 3 fabulous ski days. You can walk into town and to the gondola. At the end of the day, you can ski right to the house. The house was very spacious and private. It was very close to the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the gas fireplace made the living room extra cozy. We very much enjoyed our stay!

The perfect Breckinridge stay!
We were bringing our 21 yr old grandson and a friend snowboarding for his 21st birthday. We all loved the comfort of the home. It had absolutely everything we needed , plenty of room for everyone , kitchen was stocked with great appliances, plenty of dishes, glassware and any utensil you can think of. The location was an easy walk to catch shuttle to gondola s or ski lifts. We had a great and memorable week !

Perfect getaway
My mom, husband and 15 month old baby stayed here for 4 nights and it was as close to perfect as you can get! The house was clean and cozy! We loved that each room had its own thermostat and that there was a 2 car garage! We used the house to eat a lot of meals, so it would have been nice to have come basic seasonings and condiments, but I realize not a lot of people cook when they are on vacation. We also rented a crib and high chair from Baby’s Away and they arranged everything with the rental company which was so easy!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house and location.
Property management company required us to pick up hotel type keys in Frisco which was inconvenient, and the keys didn't work. We could not access the hot tub because the keys didn't work. A pain to go out of our way to pick up keys that don't work and then not be able to access amenities. A lock box at the house could work much easier!

Pictures are an accurate depiction of the property. Beautifully renovated kitchen. Spacious, plenty of room to spread out. Very clean. Lovely patio. Easy walk to downtown, and did it several times a day. Wish the check in process was easier and we didn’t have to stop in Frisco to pick up keys. Would be nice if we were given an access code before arrival to find the keys inside. But, overall, still give this property 5 stars.

We really had an amazing week. The house was clean and remodelated. Every detail was considered in order to enjoy our stay. It was like being at home. 5 minutes walking to the center, and my boys were able to go directly from skiing to the house.
