Perfect location for family
5 mins walk to green learning lift / slope with easy access to all blue/black slopes (without having to take a bus). 5 mins walk to gear rental. Anybody who appreciates or remembers the 70s/80s will love the well maintained retro decor, we thought it was a plus for sure! Super clean, everything you need, perfect location all with a classic feel. Check out requirements were the simplest I have known. Hope to be back.

We enjoyed this unit very much. Great location - 5 minute walk to the Main Street in Breck. Only significant improvement that could be made is black out curtains due to building lights being bright at night.

Old condo but good location for beginners
Older condo. Lots of furnishings. Kitchen gear typical of older place, lots of locked drawers. Needs a refresh of fry pans, older non stick provided. Location great. 5 min walk to Quicksilver beginner lift. A little more to south end of Main Street if you cut through.

Great Place- But needs to fix the check in process
The property location was wonderful and convenient to everything! The unit had a great view and the beds are very comfortable. The only issue with this property is the check In and Out process. It is 2020 and this unit should have a keypad/code when you check in. So after driving for 12 hours you had to drive by the unit and sit in Breckenridge traffic to go to an office to sign a form and get some keys. This added 30 minutes to a very long day. The form could easily be done online and most VRBOs now have a code, in fact VRBO sent an email the day before saying that you will soon receive your check in codes. Then you had to repeat the process to check out. Drive back into downtown to return the keys. Nothing like starting a 12 hour drive by going the opposite direction just to drop off key - there is a $15 per key charge to leave your keys in the unit.

Enjoyable summer stay
This condo is located at the south end of the main drag in Breckenridge. Its super confir hiking, biking, skiing, and exploring downtown. There is a nice small river right behind the unit where you can explore. The unit was clean and well appointed. However, it is starting to show some wear and you can tell it's no longer "modern". At least it was priced reasonably to match the age. An update or renovation would make this a home run. We very much enjoyed our stay. Really, the biggest knock was the outdated key pickup and drop-off process. Requiring a handoff at a separate office was not convenient.

This place was perfect for my friends and I. We had 3 total and there was plenty of room. So close to Downtown Breckenridge we walked everyday. The Randolph's are wonderful to work with! I can't wait to plan another stay.

Great experience!
If you are seeking a no-hassle, stress-free experience, then look no further. Clint and Sarah communicated often with me before and during my stay and their place is clean and has a very short walk to the slopes and shopping centers/restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware. The master bed is very comfortable. The sofa-sleeper has the most comfortable mattress I've ever been on. The underground parking is a plus. The place has a very cozy feeling with great views of the mountain.

Owner Clint was gracious and accommodating before and during our stay. The condo was well equipped with excellent storage and amenities. Just the two of us stayed, but it would work beautifully for a family with children (2 bathrooms, sofa bed, good dining, floor space).

Loved this condo! It was very clean and spacious! Great master suite and kitchen. The only downside was the thin mattress on the pullout couch. It wasn't very comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Charming condo and a perfect location!
My family and I (2 adults, three kids) stayed at this condo for a weekend ski trip. It was the perfect location, easy to get to and very convenient to everything!!! There's an elevator so no lugging equipment up three flights of stairs. The exterior property was well maintained and walkways were clear of snow (it was snowing this particular weekend). The under ground garage has wide parking spots, easy for us to park out minivan, and with the ski rack on top, we didn't have any height issues. There's a door from the garage that leads to a trail that is no more than a 3 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. If you choose to, you can even ski down the hill, across the bridge to Maggie Pond. If you have kids who are in ski school either with the BOEC or Village, this is the best location you can choose without breaking the bank!!!! This location truly is perfect! We skied the morning, stopped at noon and headed back to the condo for a hot lunch, by 12:45 we were back on the hills. The unit itself was very charming. Inside, you'll find everything you need to make your own meals. Even the knives are shop enough to prep all your meals (we've stayed in many condos where the kitchen equipment is lacking...) The dining area is spacious, propane grill on patio (it works, we used it), living area has a pull out queen sleeper and enough room for a twin blow up mattress. The master bedroom is spacious as well, we never felt cramped in the condo. The best part of this condo is Clinton. He was very helpful prior to our arrival, he also called after we had checked in, to make sure we had everything we needed and was settling in comfortably. Our family of will most definitely be staying here again. Only down side is that this condo is so perfect that it's already been booked up for all the dates we'd like to rent it again. A popular location, great prices and a wonderful owner, what more could you ask for????

Great location, comfortable and nicely decorated
Had a wonderful, comfortable, quiet stay at the condo, stayed for two nights. Beautiful mountain views and river below. About a two minute walk (in ski boots!) to the bottom of Peak 9. We got our skis and lift tickets the day before so we were able to ski to the lift (after the short walk from the condo) first thing in the morning avoiding crowds. Nice to have the underground, secure, heated garage. Picking up and dropping off keys was very easy. I heard from Clint (the owner) within a few hours of booking. Clint was very responsive, had great recommendations and very personable. The one dinner we ate out was at the Blue River Bistro, great place after a day of skiing for a quiet dinner and soft live music. There is also a great little soup and sandwich shop in the strip mall by the City Market (close by condo) that we had lunch at the first day we got there. The City Market was a great place to stock up on groceries for the stay, we utilized the kitchen for breakfasts and to make snacks. I have already recommend this condo to friends and colleagues. We hope to go up again for the summer...this will be our condo to book! Very reasonable rates too!
