During the winter you may walk a short 150-yard, 2-block, 8-minute walk to the Base 9 lift or catch the free shuttle (picks up in the front of the complex) to the lifts.
Base 9 condos are located one block from historic Main Street in Breckenridge. You are within walking distance of it all; shopping, dining, nightlife, and entertainment.
Take the free shuttle to all of Breckenridge, Frisco, Silverthorne, and the outlet malls, Dillon, Keystone, and Arapahoe Basin. A free trolly circulates Main Street Breckenridge businesses for your use.
Enjoy five world-class ski areas, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail, all within a one hour drive. And don’t forget the five championship golf courses located in Summit County. Hiking, rafting, bike trails, and fly-fishing abound in the area.
There is a security camera located on the exterior front & rear decks for security purposes, to verify no issues accessing the condo, and to verify no pets per the rental agreement for the safety and security of neighbors and future guests. These cameras are NOT constantly monitored.
Please, no pets or smoking in this unit or on the front and rear decks. If there is a need to smoke, please move away from the buildings so the smoke does not blow back into other condo units. Please be respectful of other owners and guests concerning secondhand smoke.

A state driver's license or other government identification listing the name of the person booking the condo and occupying the condo for the entire stay, address, and birth month & birth year are required. You may block out any driver's license number, social security number, day of birth, or any other sensitive numbers. DOOR CODES ARE NOT RELEASED UNTIL THE ID HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND APPROVED.
A baby crib similar to a PACK & PLAY is available upon request. The crib is sanitized between each stay and kept in a secure, locked closet so you must reserve prior to your stay.
