This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom premium home is beautifully decorated in a sophisticated mountain style, with vaulted ceilings above a stone gas fireplace and a comfortably furnished living room. It’s located in a quiet residential area of Breckenridge, with easy access to town and the slopes via the free shuttle stop less the two blocks away. Outside, there’s a deck and patio with a gas grill and your own hot tub. And with two master suites, it’s a great home for two families to share.

The main level features a very open, modern layout. There’s plenty of seating in the living area to enjoy the large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to make big mountain meals for your group. The cozy dining area has a large pine table with seating for eight people, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast bar.

The lower family room has another large flat-screen TV with a home theater system, a foosball table, and another fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, two washers/dryers and a garage with additional driveway parking (4 vehicles total). Solid house-convenient location
We brought our adult children and loved our fall vacation !! The home is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It comfortably sleeps nine but we stretched it with couches. Short drive to downtown Breckenridge. A lot of games.

Great place with kids.
Great place if you have teenage kids. Put them downstairs, they enjoyed having their own kitchen, TV, play area. Adults upstairs. Made for a great vacation. Master room was epic. Fireplace in bedroom, nice touch. Walking distance to shuttle to go skiing. Thanks for the hospitality.

Breck Family ski trip/January 2024
We take a family ski vacation every January. This year, 2024, we visited Breckenridge and stayed at the Rachel Lane VRBO. The accommodations were great. We were about a five-ten minute drive to the mountain. If you are looking for a rental that can accommodate a family of up to 11, the Rachel Lane rental is perfecto.

Great Location
This is a very nice home. Loved the fireplace in both the living room and master. It is in a great location with easy access to Main St and the lifts. Very clean. Everything you need to make a meal is there. All you need is the food.... The only suggestion I would have for the owners would be to add new bed pillows. Bring your own. The humidifier in the master cannot be used as it leaks. (of course you would not know unless told) I still give Rachel Lane 5 stars. Thank you for the use of your home! Dennis

Very cool place!
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in town, but not smack in the middle of the bustle. The free bus stop just down the road is really handy. The house has a lot more dishes and kitchen items than listed, so that was a nice surprise. All in all it was a great place to stay, would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful getaway
This was the perfect destination for my friends, partner and I, many of which had never been to Breckenridge. The house had all of the amenities we needed and there was a room for every person in our party. We ran into an issue with the hot tub not functioning, I reached out to the property management and they were super responsive, getting a technician out the next day to fix it. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal location and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a getaway.

Great time in Breckenridge
The location was perfect for our celebration of a 60th birthday. The place was very well stocked! So quiet at night. Everyone had their own private space. I wish they had outdoor seating given how perfect the weather was. The stairs were a killer for the flatlanders until day 3. Quick access to all you need. Great hiking near by. Very comfortable for 7 people.

House was better than expected from the pictures! Great location with great amenities!
The house was great for my group of friends and I. Spacious enough for our group of 11 to all hang together! There is no longer a futon in the basement, it’s now a pullout couch which was a surprisingly nice upgrade. Hot tub was great after a day of skiing to help recover. The house was stocked with plenty of detergents, TP, paper towels, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here or one of their properties.

The house was perfect we had teenager in the basement self contained and plenty of room to live and sleep in the upper two floors. The location is fantastic and the mountain is very close a seven minute drive. The house is spotless and stocked with most dishes and pots you would need. Our group had a great ski weekend stay at the Rachel Lane home. Plenty of space with great views of Breckenridge from the balconies off the living room and master bedroom! The house was very clean and everything advertised about the house was as promised – didn't run into any issues.

I enjoyed my stay here as did the rest of my group. The master suite was incredible. The only issue we ran into was prior to check-in, I was trying to coordinate extra bedding (mainly sheets) since we were bringing air mattresses. I was questioned at the counter whether I had more than the authorized amount of people staying there. I had friends flying in from all over the country who hadn’t met each other and didn’t want to share beds, so we brought air mattresses for individual beds instead of having 6-foot+ men sharing beds. I was told bedding would be brought to the residence, but we were never contacted afterwards. We never infringed on the people limit. Additionally, I would bring personal pillows if possible and encourage the management team to purchase better quality pillows and more towels. With a hot tub on the premise, you need many more towels than one per person. Those are minor but important details of the trip… we would absolutely return, but with hopes that communication and amenities are improved. Otherwise, the location was great and we really enjoyed the space. We had a fantastic layout for our group and thought the views were beautiful. When there was significant snowfall during our stay, a snowplow addressed the snow situation early in the morning in the roads though we did have to shovel the driveway. After we received the text communication method from the management team, communication seemed faster and easier. We were also able to check-in an hour early which helped those who arrived earlier than the check-in time.
