This stunning remodeled home is a true retreat! Nestled in aspen trees right in downtown Breckenridge. With every amenity you can think of including top of the line appliances and a hot tub! You will want for nothing during your stay. You don't even need to rent a car for your trip! The town shuttle stops at the end of the driveway, making coming and going simple and easy and even faster to the fun! So park your car and relax.
The home is spacious and has a great layout for entertaining and catching up with family and friends around two fireplaces. A great game room/TV room for the kids is perfect for play time or to watch the Big Game! Recently remodeled with new bathrooms, floors, fixtures, and kitchen the home is warm and inviting. The Master bedroom has a king bed and an extra daybed and trundel, perfect for the little ones in the main bedroom.. Downstairs there are 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa! There's parking for 2 cars at this property if you do decide to bring vehicles.

Stayed at Warriors Mark with grandparents and kids. The place was well stocked and clean. Hot tub was clean. Service crew shoveled walkways so it was easy in and out. Shuttle to BRECK lifts was 50ft from the door - super easy! We will be back!

We had a family of 8 and one was an infant, we all enjoyed the property and free ride bus stop was just out the door, perfect location! Brett was always available for any problems and none occurred. Perfect Location for Breckenridge Ski Vacation
Perfect location for our ski vacation. This was our first time in Breckenridge, so we weren't sure what to expect. We lucked out finding this place! The free shuttle system pick-up is right across the road. It couldn't be easier to get to the mountain. We skied Breck 2 days and drove to Beaver Creek and Vail for a day each. All within reach -- we wished we had more time to fit in a few more mountains! This home is just outside the main street area. Easily walkable for those who don't mind a stroll. Also easy to access shops and restaurants by car or free shuttle. (we had a rental car, but didn't really need it). Nice layout with huge master bedroom upstairs and two smaller rooms downstairs. We were three adult couples and it worked great. The downstairs also has a bonus room that gave us one more place to gather. Our group was three adult couples, but I'm sure families with kids would love this layout as well. The HotTub was full and clean and easy to access. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. We ate in a couple nights and went out a couple nights. You have plenty of options with this location. If you are driving, keep an eye on the weather and plan ahead. The road through the mountains can get sketchy quickly with slippery roads and poor visibility. Take a shuttle if you aren't used to driving in winter conditions. There are plenty of mountain shuttles and once you're in Beck, the Free Shuttle system is great! I highly recommend this location! Book it now and have a fabulous vacation in Breckenridge!!!!

Very nice property off the beaten path of busy Breckenridge. Bus stops right near the house. Clean, all necessities provided. Kids had a blast skiing and this house was a great place to relax at night. Thanks!!

Great experience!
This home was clean and had plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably. The location was perfect, creating a feeling of being tucked away while also being close to downtown. Brett is a fantastic host, making sure that we had all of the information we needed, as well giving us recommendations for activities in the area. I would not hesitate to book a stay at any of his properties.
