We love your property and we have been your customer several years. We have also recommended the property to our family members, who are season visitors in thexarea. However, this past Dec 31st, an extraneous circumstance was not fairly managed.We were waiting to board our flight, when a medical situation changed our plans. Instead of boarding, we rushed to seek medical attention and shortly after canceled all plans (plus recovered our luggage). I have a letter from the airline confirming the inability to board for medical reasons, plus a letter from the doctor as well. Efforts to recover or obtain credit for any portion of our stay have been rejected. I believe this was unfair. We could not travel because my son was deemed unable to board. Totally out of our control. I would appreciate re-consideration. Partial credit would suffice. Anything less I consider unreasonable.
