Checking in at this hotel (automated check-in on a machine after 11pm) was an absolute nightmare. It is essential a hostel with very limited service. My room was clean enough, but the hallways had a weird smell. I would definitely not stay here again, nor would I stay at another one of these properties.

It was impossible to open the windows at night, as it was too noisy. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The room was very clean and bathroom and shower as well.

There was construction in the hotel and they started drilling at 8.30 in the morning. I came for a holiday and I have had to wake up to that noise. Room service came to clean at 9 am of course I was awake because of the noise. When we first run into the room there was a smell in the bathroom I guess because of the chemicals they use. The room was clean but the smell was really bad and It felt like it is not clean at all. It is close to city attractions and the main train station.

Quiet hotel in a good location. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Choice of hotel due to location for an exhibition but equally it was only a short walk into the city centre. My only downside was the lack of a late check out but overall a pleasing stay.

Good accommodation near Hbf

Good, clean, solid accommodation. Location under 10min walk from the train station and near Messe, but perhaps 20min walk to the city centre. Right next to a fairly busy road but the windows do a good soundproofing - still, I needed earplugs. Some confusing information about the reception opening times as it looked they haven't updated the description / follow up messages from the lockdown periods. In the end it was open during the day as well.

Vi havde 2 fine overnatninger. Værelset var fint, dog lidt hårde senge. Der var et lille stykke at gå til midtby, men det var ok Fungerede rigtig fint til vores behov . Vi fik ikke prøvet morgenmad, men det lå tæt på Netto supermarked, hvor der er stort udvalg af morgenbrød m.m.

Check in nicht möglich.

Die Lobby war bis 23.00 Uhr besetzt , eigentlich kein Problem , denn im Eingangsbereich war ein Terminal zum nächträglichen Check-In . Dort konnte ich über den Zugangscode den Zimmercode erhalten. Schlecht bloß , wenn in der Reisebestätigung von Hotel.com nur die Reisplannr. genannt ist , welches aber nicht der Zugangscode für das Hotel ist. Ergo war ein Übernachten unmöglich ! Außerdem war auch ein Ehepaar mit Kindern betroffen. Hier gibt es wohl ein Kommunikationsprolem zwischen Hotel und Plattform Hotel.com !
