Very clean and comfortable hotel close to the bus line (10E) that takes you to the center of the city where you can take the tram and go anywhere. Friendly and helpful staff. Good transportation system.

Staff attitude is not friendly druing the checked in and checked out. When I check-in, the staff just told us when to use breakfast and did not mention that our stay did not include breadkfast and let me feel that the breakfast is include. I only realised when the staff asked as to pay. I felt the staff is not fully trained and should remind the custom.

Das Hanse Komfort Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen.
Das Hotel liegt an der Haltestelle von zwei Tramlinien, die von früh morgens bis spät abends jeweils alle 10 Minuten in beiden Richtungen, d. h. im Schnitt alle 2.5 Minuten angefahren wird. Die gelegentliche Geräuschkulisse von angetrunkenen Fahrgästen gibt's gratis dazu. Eklatante Mängel wie defekte Glühbirnen, verdreckte Schubladen, schmutziger Badezimmerboden und benutzte Gläser wurden teilweise erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung - und manchmal mürrisch - beseitigt. In der (bescheiden sortierten) Hotelbar darf geraucht werden, entsprechend unangenehm ist der Aufenthalt für Nichtraucher. Das Frühstücksbüffet (an Wochentagen bis 10.00 Uhr) entspricht dem Standard eines Drei-Sterne-Hauses. Nicht weniger, aber auch nicht mehr. Wer nach 09.30 Uhr kommt, darf nicht damit rechnen, das volle Angebot vorzufinden. Da das zuständige Personal offensichtlich nicht darüber informiert ist, welche Gäste mit, welche ohne Frühstück gebucht haben, kann es vorkommen, dass unangemeldete Gäste den angemeldeten im besten Wortsinne die Brötchen wegfressen. Der normalerweise für solche Fälle vorgesehene "Überhang" ist anscheinend sehr knapp kalkuliert; mit schnellem Nachschub sollte man nicht rechnen. Ähnliches gilt für Wurst- und Käse-Aufschnitt: Wer nicht kommt zur rechten Zeit, muss nehmen, was noch übrig bleibt. Das Hotelpersonal ist, von wenigen Ausnahmen abgesehen, unprofessionell, zum Teil zusätzlich ausgesprochen unfreundlich. Insgesamt ein offenkundig schlecht geführtes Haus mit deutlichen Defiziten in verschiedenen Bereichen, deren Ursachen eindeutig in mangelhafter Personalführung und einem generell lausigen Management zu suchen sind.

3 yötä vietimme täällä, hotelli oli erittäin hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä Bremenin keskustasta (Tram 10 tai 2) ja oli erittäin siisti. Huoneista: Junior suite antoi kyllä huomattavasti enemmän kuin olisin ikinä rahoilleni kuvitellut saavani vastinetta. Erillinen reilun kokoinen makuuhuone, vielä reilumman kokoinen olohuone LCD tv:llä ja nahkasohvilla sekä lisäpedillä. Lisäksi SUURI kylpyhuone. Huone saisi arvostelussani 4,5/5 johtuen muutamista pienistä kulumisen jäljistä, mutta missäpä noita ei olisi. Siivooja kävi päivittäin pyyhkimässä pölyt, petaamassa pedit ja vaihtamassa roskikset. Alakerran respassa sai loistavaa palvelua ja takuulla hymyt vielä perään. Lisäksi hotellissa palveli suht. edullinen baari, jossa pyöri päivittäin urheilua isolta näytöltä. Meillä oli viimeisenä aamuna lähtö jo 4am ja yllätykseksi lähtiessä alhaalla oli tehty aamupalatkin meille valmiiksi, että saamme matkalle vielä haukattua jotain. Suosittelen tätä hotellia varauksettomasti, sinulla on myös mahdollista pyytää huone keittiöllä, jos olet aikeissa majoittua pidempään. Itse aiomme kokeilla tätä optiota myöhemmin syksyllä.

Ontvangst was vriendelijk. De kamer was schoon en ruim. We hadden een apart zitgedeelte (kamer 81) Het ontbijt was prima en ruim voldoende alleen erg jammer was dat het restaurant gesloten was ivm vakantie van 14-06 t/m 17-07. Maar in het centrum ( te bereiken met tram nr 2) is heel veel keuze wat betreft de restaurants. Ideaal is ook de tuin bij het hotel. Bij mooi weer lekker even uitrusten van een dag Bremen. Wat wel even wennen is dat de tram er van 's morgens vroeg tot 's avonds laat langskomt dus is er wel wat lawaai. Maar Bremen is absoluut een aanrader voor een paar dagen.

Hotel liegt nur 10 Minuten mit der S-Bahn vom Zentrum entfernt. Ruhige Gegend, auch wenn man ein Zimmer zur Hauptstr. hat (S-Bahn-Haltestelle)

Hotel am Rande der Stadt
Dieses Hotel liegt leider etwas dezentral, aber dafür mit guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV (die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor dem Haus... auch morgens um 04:30 Uhr). Das Personal ist freundlich; die Zimmer etwas altmodisch eingericht. Kleinere Beschädigungen z.B. an den Duschtassen sollte man großzügig übersehen. Positiv ist das gute Frühstück und der kostenfreie WLAN-Zugang. Parkplätze sind vor dem Gebäude und auf dem hoteleigenen Hof ausreichend kostenfrei vorhanden. Aufgrund der Lage und der etwas altmodischen Ausstattung würden wir dieses Hotel jedoch nicht mehr buchen.

Positief , we werden snel en correct geholpen. De kamer was ruim met een woonkamer en tv er bij. In principe was alles schoon alleen lagen er gebruikte wattenstaafjes in de kledingkast en waren de glazen in de badkamer vies.

The hotel is pleasant inside. Parking is good, breakfeast is good, reception is helping (but not all fluent in English). Situation is a little bit far away, although near a tram station. A little bit hard to find as well. Their is however some disorganization (time to find me a room, the room was not prepared, keys are mixed together...).

Party nachts um 3 bei unseren Zimmernachbarn, dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Allerdings weckte uns die Putzfrau morgens um halb 10 als sie einfach aufschloss und rein kam. Preis/Leistung war trotzdem ok.

Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal
Unser Zimmer war sehr geraeumig, sauber und freundlich. Uns wurde auch ein Kinderbett samt Decken fuer unseren 7 Monate alten Sohn zur Verfuegung gestellt. Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss mit eigenem Balkon, leider zur Strassenseite, so dass wir nachts die Strassenbahn doch recht laut vorbeifahren hoerten. Das W-LAN war leider zu schwach, um bis ins Dachgeschoss zu reichen, so dass wir uns zum Emailen/Arbeiten in die Lobby setzen mussten. Diese Nachteile wurden aber durch das sehr freundliche Personal aufgewogen, insbesondere beim Fruehstueck. Das Fruehstuecksbuffet hatte alles, was man so erwarten kann, samt frischem Kaffee. Vom Hotel aus kommt man dank der Strassenbahn leicht in die Stadtmitte.

Es war ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Ein großes Lob für das Essen, das Abendessen war ein kulinarisches Erlebnis und das Frühstücksbuffet ist mehr als ausreichend, es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei und wird immer schnell wieder aufgefüllt wenn etwas nicht mehr zu haben ist. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Hotellissa huone oli siisti ja iso. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Raitiovaunu kulki ihan vierestä, joten kulku keskustaan oli helppoa.Viihdyimme ihan hyvin vaikka raitiovaunun äänet kuuluivat jonkin verran huoneeseen eikä huoneiden seinätkään kovin paksua tekoa olleet : ) Ihan ok paikka.

Siisti ja toimiva hotelli
Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Huoneemme, juniorisviitti, oli tilava: oluhuone, 2 makuuhuonetta, tilava kylpyhuone ja parveke. Raitiovaunut kulkivat aivan hotellin edestä keskustaan muutaman minuutin välein, joka oli kätevää ja edullista. Keskustaan pääsi n. 10 minuutissa. Me asioimme saksankielellä ja sillä pärjäsi luonnollisesti erinomaisesti. Heidän englanninkielen taidoistaan ei siis ole omakohtaista kokemusta, joten sitä en pysty kommentoimaan. Kaikenkaikkiaan hotellin hinta ja laatu olivat erinomaisesti kohdallaan. Aamiainen noutopöydästä oli asiallinen ja riittävän monipuolinen. Hotelli sopii hyvin sekä business-matkaajille että perhelomailijoille.
