We are walking distance from a beautiful lake stocked with fish perfect for easy fishing, a kids park, restaurants, and surrounded by 3 ski lifts/lodges within walking distance! See and enjoy all the fun and beauty Utah has to offer in the rising star of Brianhead centrally located between Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Duck Creek, Panguitch Lake, and Navajo Lake! Brianhead is a great getaway any time of the year and this little gem is right smack in the middle of all the attractions!

The laundry facilities and spa are at the main HOA building. Laundry is coin operated. Spa is subject to rules of HOA depending on all guests level of responsibility.
Please understand there are stairs to climb to the condo.
Please enjoy a cozy warm fire after a day of fun in the snow! This condo has a beautiful fireplace and we provide firewood at no cost to you! We are centrally located to all the Ski Lodges and winter activities in town in additional to being a beautiful getaway to enjoy the snow covered mountain.
This is also a great summer getaway as well with many activities like fishing, biking, mountain hiking, zip lining, concerts, and events.
Our home has a full kitchen with basic cookware, dishware, glassware, and silverware. We suggest you bring any spices you prefer as well as shampoo/conditioner/lotions. We provide towels, blankets, and sheets. We also provide but do not guarantee limited quantities of cleaning supplies such as dish soap and dishwasher detergent.
During the winter, there is a shuttle that runs during the day. It picks up at the end of our driveway and each lodge as well as the general store.
This is a Ski resort town in the winter! Please be prepared to drive in snow on mountain roads. We highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle and arriving before nightfall as it is very dark and hard to find anything in Brian Head after dark.
