Charming beautiful worth the money!
Beautiful, well-maintained, lovely, charming, quaint hotel! The breakfast area was so lovely (breakfast was delicious and plentiful and included), every little detail perfect. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great location - center of town. For our budget it was a little expensive - but well worth the price!! I would definitey stay there again.

Such a cool hotel. The decor is cozy, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't be better. Loved the historical feel.

Very cozy and friendly hotel. Free breakfast in the morning, and it was always delicious. Staff are kind, the area is very cute, quiet, and super close to the train station for easy traveling. Beautiful area, would recommend and return in the future!

Very nice boutique hotel in an excellent location on a central plaza. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautifully designed and appointed, the terrace overlooking the plaza is spacious, and the included breakfast buffet is very good. Great experience overall! Note that the rooms are not air-conditioned, so it’s best to try to get a room on the lower floors during hot weather. We had a top-floor room in August, and it was uncomfortably warm during the day—but cooled down at night.

Comfortable hotel in Brig town centre.
Nice hotel located in the town centre of Brig. Room was a nice size (206) no tv. Breakfast was basic but good. Nice roof terrace to eat and drink on. Staff were excellent. I would definitely return here.

We had a fantastic stay over New Year 2020. I cannot say enough about how nice the Staff were. Always helpful and readily available. Perfect communication over the holiday period. They even went as far a mailing back my daughters headphone after she left them in the bed. Free of charge! Thank you. Brig is lovely town with easy rail access to Zermatt and the surround area. The hotel is fully refurbished but still retains its original character. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was a truly unique property! The decoration was well done. The beds were very soft. We had a view of the city center. I’d stay here again. Oh, and breakfast was amazing (granola, yogurt, bread, cheese, etc.)

Great staff, very friendly. We arrived after hours , but staff were reachable by phone, and quickly got us settled. Even staff at the bar next door were helpful in this process. Breakfast was tops, as was the staff. We had our meal on their terrace overlooking a charming pedestrian plaza. We will happily stay here again
