Modern hotel with decent amenities in a good location. Unfortunately the cleanliness let it down. Poor cleaning service leaving crumbs, mystery marks and dust through out room upon checking in. I won’t be staying again.
The hotel is in a lovely seafront position and a sea view room is a treat. The cookie on arrival is lovely , check in was easy and efficient. My single room had everything l needed and was clean and very comfortable . I had breakfast on 2 mornings ( Friday and Saturday). Friday was busy but there was plenty of food and fried eggs cooked fresh in the restaurant was a treat. However Saturday morning was a completely different scenario. It was so busy we had to queue up and then when we were seated there was a lack of food , no croissants fresh eggs , yoghurts to name a few. The croissants were eventually replenished but l had to keep getting up to check . The food l did get wasn’t great and there were no vegetarian sausages on offer as there had been the previous morning . I know they were busy but l was so disappointed to not have the breakfast l had paid for .
Really disappointing stay. Booked for a birthday trip, we were between two hotels to book in Brighton and chose the Hilton specifically to have a balcony room. Upon check in we were made to feel unwelcome by the lady on the front desk who was very cold and didn’t raise a smile once. When we got to our room we were extremely disappointed to see it had no balcony, so immediately called to see what was going on. Apparently there was an issue with the original room we were meant to have and no other balcony rooms were available, so we had been placed here instead. We felt really let down that this had not been communicated to us at check in or prior to our stay, rather than having to discover it for ourselves when entering the room. We were promised a follow up email from the hotel regarding the situation, which still hasn’t arrived - again, extremely disappointing. The room in question had two small sash windows, one of which didn’t close properly so the room was very cold and noisy throughout the night. There was also a large wall between the windows so the room itself was very dark, in stark contrast to the room we had booked. We were so looking forward to enjoying the views of Brighton from our balcony, so the whole stay felt like a huge let down from start to finish. I would not return to this hotel based on the experience we had.

Awful experience
Reception staff really helpful. I was charged twice and my booking couldn’t be found. Manager was constantly busy so would not come to meet me to discuss. Just passed on a message to blame external party for charging me twice and external party advising hotel needs to refund me. But management did not come to see me. Restaurant staff got my drink order wrong 4 times then got our complete food order totally wrong kids were so hungry we just left in the end. Only book this hotel if you just want to sleep as customer service is awful
Lovely hotel, room and bathroom clean and modern. Aircon very effective.
There was considerable noise from neighbouring rooms taps, talking and doors, but corridor sounds muted well by thick doors.
We needed to use the hotels parking facilities which really require their own review. They are dirty with unspecified liquid puddles throughout and very very tight spaces. Parking in Brighton is very expensive but for the cost and for a hotel dedicated parking it could easily be improved with a little investment.
Very friendly welcome and fantastic reception staff. Especially the French lady, sorry i can't remember your name. Great choice at breakfast, fantastic location. Room wasnt cleaned but the chambermaid did give us fresh towels and teas and coffees. Room was good, bathroom a little tired.
