Lovely hotel. No faults

We love this hotel. Family friends. Smells lively when you walk in! Clean, modern and spacious. Never had any complaints. My son would live to see hash browns on breakfast menu but there is so much choice regardless

Clean, modern hotel with excellent facilities. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of breakfast options. Easy walk to restaurants, cafes, shops etc. I would definitely stay here agin.

Reception didn’t answer their phone, breakfast was inadequate and staff were unhelpful. Eg I ordered 3 times for poached eggs on toast and a half an hour later was given two sloppy poached eggs in a cereal bowl and told to make my own toast

The property was okay and some of the staff are fine. I booked a superior room and on the first night I was given a standard room, ac didn’t work and uncomfortable bed, bathroom was a bit dated and walls could do with a bit of paint. I complained next morning and was asked why I didn’t say anything when I checked in, I explained we checked in online with the linked sent to us by the hotel as we were arriving late, we were told it’s because we checked in late this is the reason for not getting the room we booked. I felt that was an irrelevant comment as we did checked in online as requested, the staff did change the room but we got no apologies just blame. Breakfast was good they had a good selection and staff were attentive and helpful. I wouldn’t stay again due to uncomfortable bed as i didn’t have a good night sleep for the 2 nights I stayed.

Some of the experiences were chaotic e.g breakfast and reception.A request to reception about the nearest church of my denomination was (there are 27 in Brighton)triggered a response of 'that's above my pay grade'. One breakfast was a no juice, no fruit no cutlery one. There is a manifest absence of management on the ground. I noticed that people have worked out how to get free breakfast!

Love that it is family friendly. Got a cot bed for my baby. Breakfast buffet was very good. But it looks like some staff came in to collect all our unopened tea and coffees when we were having breakfast. I don't understand why that is.

Position to the railway station .......right next door. The only thing wrong was the pillows....too hard, I asked for softer and was given one that was great for one night then hard again...!!!!!

Worth it to stay.

Very nice,modern hotel close to every amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff,delicious food,very impressed with a breakfast buffet.Room was good,not too big but just perfect for me and my 2 kids,very comfortable bed,clean,only i would say that some bits needs modernisation/update in the room,but part of it I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. We had a lovely time i definitely will book this hotel again if we back to Brighton next time.
