Really nice place to stay in the centre of Brighton. That said, the breakfast space is clearly too small. We came down on a Sunday and were told that it would be at least a 45 minute wait. We had to get a refund and go elsewhere.

We loved everything about this hotel. Only thing that we would slightly improve was the view from the room. We had a sea view however below was an unfinished balcony that looked a little bit rough however everything else was brilliant

Fantastic new hotel
This is a new hotel to me & I was impressed from the start. Very charming & super helpful front desk. Huge room with fabulous bathroom lots of sockets USB points. Table & two chairs to eat room service at. A sofa & plentiful storage place for clothes. Robes & good bathroom kit. Super modern & very attractive decor. Highly recommend & very reasonably priced. They give a discount to park in the multi storey opposite. Close to shopping & seafront.

Really good value, fresh, clean, smart and excellent service. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was exceptional - really well presented, great variety, not the typical cheap catering breakfast that so many hotels have dropped to.

Visiting Brighton often over the years, we have stayed in 11 or 12 different Hotels and B&B's. Maldron will now be our first choice, when we return. Big rooms, high, firm large bed, everything we needed, but the most important thing, for us, is always the staff, how we are welcomed and treated during our stay. Every member of staff were first rate. Well done to all.

Nice Hotel
Nice new hotel in city centre but close to the beach. Room was a good size, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Ncp car park across the road and a discount is provided via the hotel.

A fairly new hotel with good facilities in central area. Close to the beach and walkable to central shopping area and the main railway station. Overall I would rate this excellent hotel very well placed for trip to Brighton for leisure or buisness.

It was a good stay but not great. The room we stayed in was a triple and very small, which is fine but the room didn’t have a window at all. It felt so claustrophobic it was awful. Maybe I missed a description stating no window but I would t stay here again unless checking that
