Well situated hotel for our purpose… visit to Brighton Centre👍👍. Tea/coffee cups in hotel room need a rethink! Lot of the staff still on ‘live’ training but all very polite and pleasant 👍.

From the friendly, energetic welcome to the fresh colour palate and well thought through design, our stay was just perfect. The hotel is extremely well positioned for the high street, beach, i360 and all Brighton has to offer. The only criticism is the pillows were very uncomfortable, hard and i woke up with a stiff neck. Other than that, i cant fault it and highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and fresh, newly built.
Really nice and quiet tucked away just off the noisy seafront. Central to all Brighton's attractions and theatres. Super comfy bed. Bring a mug if you want more than a thimble of tea in your room though. Great shower and all spotlessly clean. Massive breakfast spread. Really friendly service.

Overall a good experience. I’ve stayed here for a couple of days every week for the last 6 weeks. Hotel is new, clean, tidy and comfortable. Only problem I’ve experienced is not getting shower gel and shampoo containers filled in the room. Overall happy with rooms / location / price. Ideal NCP parking opposite with discounted parking. Will definitely be staying again. Would recommend

Really lovely new hotel one block back from beach. Reason for lower rating was the room had no windows and that wasn’t made clear. Room was lovely apart from that but I like fresh air.

We arrived at 3pm which was the check In time. We waited over an hour and ten minutes before we got given the room key. On arrival to the room it wasn’t the room we had booked but in fact a disabled room. We were already late for meeting our friends so I had a shower to get ready it was freezing. No hot water in the room at all. We rang reception and were eventually moved. The room still wasn’t the standard we booked but was ok and the bed was comfortable. This morning my partner dropped his phone and it went under the bed. He lifted the bed for me to retrieve it. There was thick dust and old slippers (the hotel complimentary ones) under the bed. We have stayed at the Maldron when we have travelled to Newcastle and Belfast. It’s a lovely hotel in a central location but does need to be sorted out regarding the cleaning and timing
