This hotel has an overall rating on some sites that's pretty low--This hotel is aging and in need of new carpeting, but overall, the hotel is okay. The staff were friendly, everyone was nice and the hotel didn't have a room that was mobility and pet, so I chose pet room as I had to do so--and they did manage to get me a bath bench which really helped. There were no feathers in the pillows which is what I requested. Our bed was very very firm and uncomfortable. It was hard to sleep as if someone moved, the whole bed moved. Still, I would stay there again, and bring something to cushion the mattress! It was an okay place to stay and I'm so appreciative that they allow dogs because not every hotel in the area does. Thank you!

The hotel staff itself did a great job. Rooms were clean, however mold was painted over in bathroom and wallpaper bubbling up and peeling off. I also wish we would have been notified that the restaurant would be unavailable, with having little kids we specifically chose a restaurant inside so we wouldn’t have to leave. Pool area was wonderful and breakfast area was kept up wonderfully as well!

I really appreciated the staff at this property, upon check in they saw we had four kids three and under and upgraded us to a larger room with an extra bathroom. Both my friend and I were very impressed and appreciative. The room was spacious and just what we needed, I also thought the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the main area of the room surface level clean. The carpet and furniture could use some updating or a deep clean but overall the room was great. The breakfast area is spacious and welcoming, there were the basics of coffee, milk, cereal, and pastries. The eggs could use some work but again overall it was fine. There was also one waffle maker, those turned out great but I think they could use one or two more as it is a very popular station. During our stay the hot tub was down but we were only there for one night and ended up not using the pool anyway.

The person at the desk was friendly & efficient. The room was clean & well furnished although wallpaper was peeling & there was an odd musty odor in our hallway which I didn’t notice on another hallway. Since it was quiet & clean I would stay there again.

Bathroom had hair on floor. No effort had been made to vacuum carpet either. It had dusty dried mud spots. The eggs at breakfast had strange black coloration in places. The price was about double what it should have been.

My mom and I stayed, the hotel was nice, breakfast was fantastic but the bathroom was not designed very well. We couldn’t use the toilet paper dispenser because it was too far away and I am quite tall.

Our room was very unclean, with hair and dirt on the floor and stains/spills on the walls. Our room was near an exterior door that did not have a closer on it, so it was constantly being slammed open and shut keeping us up all night. I would not recommend this hotel.

Upon rival, we found the window open in our room. The window was broken and could not be closed. The temperature was supposed to drop to 35 degrees that night. They had no other rooms that night and offered us a free stay. We passed. Our shower also was dirty and clearly not cleaned. I will not go in detail of what was in the shower but just leave it that it was disgusting. The conditions of the entire hotel was run down, unkept, and dirty. We ended up driving another hour away to find a different hotel to stay at. They did offer to refund our money which was appreciated.

Very disappointing. The otherwise interesting property was run down. Mouse trap in breezeway, foam insulation in doorway instead of fixing doorframe. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Dirty grout.Room was dark and dank.

Great room. Updated furnishings. Awful heating, cooling system . Even at the lowest setting, the windiw unit dan was unbearably loud, which required a loud TV and kept us awake. Turning it off made the room stuffy. Quality Inn should replace their thread bare bath towels, unplug the bath tub drain, and fix the bath heat and air celing lamp.
