Perfect location, short walk to Southbank, galleries and museums and huge choice of restaurants and cafes.
Even though we only stayed one night, the apartment had everything we would need for a longer stay. A/C in both bedrooms and main living area working well. Cute balcony and nicely presented inside. Instructions on how to collect key and park were easy to follow and made the self check in process so much less stressful than staying at a busy hotel.
Werent able to use the pool as they had just put chemicals in it which was a bummer, but we walked to Southbank instead. Only a couple things worth mentioning: kettle was broken so when you poured the lid fell off, one of the beds was quite hard and we had to pad it out with the extra blankets in the cupboard ao my son could sleep (maybe a padded mattress topper might help), and there werent any facewashers provided - towels and hand towels were though, so it was really fine. But those were minor and we definitely would stay again as it was such a great location and nice apartment.
Great location! We enjoyed being in walking distance of Southbank. Owner helped us out with parking for our long base Sprinter van (too high for inside carpark). We appreciated this so much. Only tiny downside was the bathroom towels. They were probably brand new, not washed yet maybe because they did not dry and covered us with white fluff. Would definitely go back there to enjoy Brisbane city for a long weekend again.
The traffic noise could not be blocked out, the air conditioners were dirty and mouldy.
The location is brilliantly close to South Bank and all it has to offer, parking was easy.
Travelled for work and this property was walking distance to Brisbane Convention Centre and Woolworths/7Elevan. Bed was fantastically comfortable and there was a selection of pillows. Lovely soft, fluffy towels but slight odor from the shower drain, water pressure was good and shower/ bathroom was clean. Balcony looked over a lot of greenery even though the next apartments were close (uni accommodation i think) - great place for breakfast. Overall, I would stay there again.
Great place to stay! Walkable to everything in Southbank yet still in a quiet area.
Communication was great and the unit itself was very well equipped and clean. Everything is considered and available. Thank you, we will stay again!
Well located unit in South Bank close to shops, cafes and train station. Really enjoyed using the pool and spa and relaxing by the pool. Shame that the TVs didn’t work but the Internet worked fine. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were well suited to small adults and/or kids. Staff were very helpful, particularly with leaving our luggage.

Good Convenient place to stay
Very convenient place to stay if attending a show at Southbank,
Everything was good except the shower was full of mold
Property was a let down. It’s run down with obvious water problems as evidenced by mould on ceiling near windows in both bedrooms and lounge room walls.
One blind in lounge was missing- impacting privacy from surrounding units whilst the other blind was filthy and needs replacing.
The main bathroom whilst looking clean had a foul (poop/sewerage) smell.
Overall was glad when morning arrived and we could get out.
Sorry Steven, you need to spend some money on this place.
Would not recommend.
Overall, great property. Close to many dining options, short walk to the main parklands hub.
We only stayed one night, so didn't really explore the amenties of the complex. Apartment was clean and tidy. Enough space for the four of us.
Parking spot close to the lift, made luggage handling easy.
