I had expected a swimming pool. It was out of order. There was no restaurant. Had trouble with wifi and free to air TV. Seemed to not have enough staff to cover number of guests.. There were problems with power in my room with lights shaking (not blinking). The staff who were on worked tirelessly to try to meet all guests needs.

Issues with IT led to long waits for check-in. My wait was 70mins, while many were longer. In spite of calling a week ahead about parking, I was left to discover there are only 20 car parks. This had not been detailed previously in word or text. While difficulties arise and patience is warranted, the lack of preparation of the entire IT and reception process was an omni-shamble.

Great hotel . New. Needs few things fixed to make better. 1- shower glass needs to be included to stop water flooding bathroom floor. 2 all twin showers need to work. Totally new venue so cleanliness is superb. Staff so friendly & helpful, had my companion dog with me, booked for 2 nights, extended for another 2. Rooftop pool is magic! Best jets ever in any spa be been in. Restaurant not yet open but walk to Macca's, KFC, pub, convenience store, Gabba if you like cricket. Will definitely be back & recommend to anyone. Prices good too

The doors that enter the stairways THUNDER up the hallway every time they are closed. My first night there, a Friday night roughly every 1/4 hour someone would slam this door keeping me in and out of sleep all the way up to about 2am. Fix your doors!

This property is falsely advertised as having a restaurant and bar. The reality is it has neither- it is still a building site. The rooftop bar is a tiled room with plastic chairs and no kitchen bar or anything else. I booked 2 rooms for a special occasion and after checking in to discover no facilities was promised by the front desk who spoke to the assistant manager I could leave and get a refund but they have now reneged on this. Expedia are no help at all. This property is far from finished. The rooms have curtain tracks but no curtains. I am out of pocket for 2 rooms I did not stay in, having to go to another property for the night with facilities.
