When we arrived in our room it was dirty there was dust everywhere I went to reception and they gave me another room that was clean. Then this morning they had workers in with heavy drills very early I was not told that they had building work going on This was not the romantic trip I had hoped for

The staff were really lovely and helpful - I arrived very late due to a delayed flight, and the staff were super accommodating. However, there seems to be a significant damp problem. My room was on level 1; there were multiple dehumidifiers running in the corridor, with "wet floor" signs by them. The room itself smelled of damp, and there was some mould in the bathroom. Everything seemed clean but worn, and damp. Overall it's a great location with wonderful staff, but the damp and mould were really off-putting.

Good location and mostly friendly staff. My room was old and not very clean. The window could not close properly, there were spider web, shower head was dirty etc. Arrived 45 min before official check in, but my room was ready. I couldn’t get it though as I am not member of their reward program… I was paying with my digital card, that I made the booking with, which suddenly also was a problem. It did work out, but unnecessarily complicated. And the lady who checked me in was a bit arrogant about it (the rest of the staff was nice). All in all it seems both hotel and their systems needs to be updated to 2024 standards

these are basic rooms but clean and functional. beds are comfortable and the hotel is close to centre of a hub of restaurants, bars and entertainment. also close to college green area of town

Great lpcation but sadly disappointed
Great location, easy check in + out and though clean floors, bedding and general room, the walls + doors were sticky and filthy. The grime on the bathroom door was visible - i dread to think how long it hadnt been cleaned for. The remote control was also sticky + dusty. Picky I know but not pleasant to look at.

Economic stay and friendly team
Functional room that was comfortable for the night, clean and sufficient room for a short stay. Given it was intended to be a low cost and convenient stay it certainly achieved this. Nice bar downstairs and very friendly staff
