Diamond in the rough!
A great hotel that's a diamond in the rough! Clean, quiet, safe and very friendly staff. The only thing was some loud kids on the floor above that was stomping on the thin floors but that is no fault of the hotel. A great stay and you've definitely earned a repeat customer!

Everything was very nice. The breakfast was very good. The only drawback was the fact it would have been nice to have an area outside to sit at and relax. Convenient to Brockpost college which is why we were here.

Canceled for No Reason
Second time this hotel has canceled my stay with no explanation!!! Writing to Best Western corporate for answers. We were forced to drive 3 hours home because hotels in area were full. They bump online reservations to fill at a higher rate. Never got to spend Sunday with family because we had no where to stay.

We’ve stayed here several times while visiting my son at SUNY Brockport. Always greeted with a smile, get a great size and clean room and enjoy the hot breakfast. Highly recommend!!
