Quiet getaway
The house worked well for my stay. I needed a quiet place to get away for the weekend. It is about 20 minutes from tbe main attractions of Hochatown. If you're looking for something closer to town this may not be the place for you.

This was the perfect little getaway from the city for a girls weekend. We enjoyed spending time outside, sitting by the fire pit and watching the cows.

Perfect Secluded Quiet
First time staying. We absolutely loved the country setting. It was quiet and very relaxing. We attended a family reunion all weekend and it was like “coming home” to rest through out the day. Loved napping on the couch. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Beds very comfortable. Easy to find the property. Only thing I’d suggest is to put anti slip mat or strips in the bath/shower. It is slick and I’m cautious about falling after recent hip surgery. Everyone agreed best part of the house is as the living room!

Location is beautiful; the house is just as cute as the pictures! We had to wash dishes before using them, but the beds were clean and fresh and very comfortable. The host is super helpful and very responsive! We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Leah!

Quiet New Year's retreat

Not Handicap able
Was a wonderful location, quiet, very roomy, comfortable but several stairs (5-6) on both entrances with no banisters to grip….my daughter had to help me & husband to enter & exit each time. Also Bathroom facilities (bath area & toilet) were not Handicap equipped. Yes, this is a very pleasant home to rent….I just want to make others aware in case.

Relaxing Memorial Day stay
We were looking for a place outside the crowds of Broken Bow. We were able to easily enter Brocken Bow, Hochatown, and the park when we wanted and then return here for peace and quiet.

Excellent Farm House
Great location for our family. The 4 teenage boys had plenty off room outside to play. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Communication with the property manager was easy and they replied quickly. The even helped us find what we needed in the surrounding areas. We will definitely return.

As I spoke to your comment pad, everything needed was there. Nice to relax, get out of the concrete jungle that is DFW, and take our time seeing the area Able to get some good food around the area and cook in your kitchen Sunday night before we left. Very clean and relaxing. I would only say leave the 4 digit number for the TV after I bothered you Friday evening. 9687- Best wishes to all. We would recommend to anyone that needs to just take it easy in a different setting and hope to come back at another time during the year to re-check everything out.
