Disapointed it says obline they have a hot tub and it was not there it was covered with a potted plant , i only chose it because of having a hot tub. That was disapointing , howvwr it was beautiful inside

The Expedia website says it has a hot tub/ whirlpool. That is wrong, the hotel only has a small pool. Hotel staff stated that they have no control over what Expedia advertised. Expedia customer service denied a refund in spite of false information. I will never use Expedia again!

Common areas were freezing in the middle of winter. The room HVAC was also broken, room was approx 90 degrees and uncontrollable. Coffee bar in the downstairs doesn’t open until 7am?!?
